At this point, I just tell them how much longer I have. Otherwise, I've found it's easier to just say "I'm due mid-May". Really the only people I answer in weeks to are women who either have an infant with them or other pregnant ladies.
i need advice in a first time mom and i need to kno is 3 1/2 months. how many weeks is that?
@shelbyholloway13 Wut? First of all, I try not to be grammar police (except in my head), but I'm not even really sure what you're saying here. Are you saying that you are a first time mom who is 3.5 months along and you want to know how many weeks that is?
If so, I'm confused. My doctor always keeps track of my progress in weeks. Maybe that's a regional thing - I don't know. In any case, start from the beginning of your last period, and count the number of weeks until you get to today. That's how many weeks you are.
Also, you're on the wrong board. This is for folks who are expecting babies in May 2014. You belong in a different birth month board. Also, there are trimester boards for first and second trimester. Check those out, and lurk (read) a while before you start posting.

I'm one of those that says how many weeks I have left. Or I say Mid May.
