Bouncing supply back from stomach flu

So, I ended up with a pretty nasty case of gastroenteritis yesterday and am recovering today. I can eat some and can drink well. Well, my question is, how do I recover from the drop in supply I noticed? I EBF and LO has been feeding a lot today and squirming at the breast. Unfortunately we are also going through the 3 month gs (I think). I am no where near ready to wean and she hates bottles still, although we are working on that. Any advice?
TIA

Re: Bouncing supply back from stomach flu

  • It happened to me when LO was 7 months. Your supply takes a hit for a few days from the dehydration. The best thing you can do is nurse tons, drink tons and start taking in some calories. Try not to get discouraged, your supply will recover as you do.
