Where to Buy a Chair for the Nursery?

We have registered for all of our 'big' stuff and done a lot of research about every item. It's been crazy because I have no friends with kids and had no idea what stuff was going into this.

So...last thing on our list is a good rocking chair. I know I'll spend a lot of time there and don't want to skimp on quality, but they're so expensive! Anyone have a rec for a good deal?

I search Craigslist. I'm in love with one at BuyBuyBaby but it's like $500 and I can't justify it. I can't remember off hand and I don't have any coupons on me, but either BRU or BBB offers 10% off. What about a regular furniture store, they might have some good rocking chairs that aren't baby specific?

My friend has a 5 month old and has a glider from target! It was inexpensive, comfortable, and it's holding up nicely!

I ended up getting a recliner/glider from this little furniture store in the middle of no where...that my mom knew of! No help there!... But I would try discount furniture stores!

We got our Dutalier through the AAFES catalogue- it was our shower gift from FIL. I love love love that thing.

Crate and Barrel has some gliders that are very nice and would mix in easily with non baby furniture down the road.

We got our's as a gift from my Godmother. I think she got it from Target. It was sturdy and held up good, but after almost 4 years, I think we will get a new one.
