LOL WEIGHT LOSS Checkin: challenges

So we've had a couple of people who checkin regularly mention that they are doing a plank challenge or a squat challenge or the like so I thought maybe we could have a checkin with links to those challenges so we can bookmark (or pin) them for later.

    I don't know. I've been scared of my scale.
    How much have you lost total?
    I'm gonna say the same as last week (5lbs) but it could be less by now because I've fallen off the wagon completely.  
    Any hurdles to this week?
     Again, falling off the wagon completely.  I have no idea what happened... except that I think Aunt Flo is on her way...

    This is a blog but I have all of these Jillian Michael's DVDs so I think this challenge is where I'm headed next.

    PMS.  Not having enough time to prepare healthy meals.  Finally getting my hands on some girl scout cookies.

    I've always wanted to do a juicing challenge or cleanse, but I'm scared.

    I started the new thyroid medication on Tuesday and have lost 2lbs already!

    How much have you lost total?
    Still +12 since thyroid went haywire but being positive so -2 total

    - I have made sure just because I'm on medicine that will help me lose weight I have to do my part and have made fairly healthy meals all week. Yesterday we were tired but still cooked healthy and didn't get take out

  • I made it to about day 17 with the plank challenge. Then I couldn't stay up for the full time and I haven't done a plank since.

    I went to my sister's the past weekend and made brownies with peanut butter chips and peanut butter whipped cream on top, I managed not to eat all of them :)

  • @allydncr I had to start getting up at 5:00 in order to find time to workout and it's only a 25 min 30 Day Shred workout... Which coincidentally is why I've fallen off the wagon this week.  I've been so tired that that extra 1/2 hour of sleep has been worth it to me.  It won't be worth it when I pass away early from obesity but unfortunately short term won this week.

    It's tough finding the time to plan/buy healthy meals and exercise. I feel like every night after LO goes to bed, it's a decision between working out or getting things done around the house, and working out never wins! 

    I'd love to find a good plank, arm, or abs challenge. I think if I did a little something, even if it was only 5 or 10 minutes a night, it would help me feel more motivated. I'm going to go peruse pinterest now... thanks for the inspiration!
    Swedish fish are my favorite candy, but I'll only eat them stale. The day of my wedding do sent back a package of Swedish fish that had been aging about a week. It was the most romantic thing anyone has ever done for me.
