  $650, because we chose to be in a private room. Otherwise, it was $0. (In the US)

  $4,000 initially, after insurance and discounts $1,900 for an intervention free birth at a birth center.

  $20 for the first prenatal appt. It doesn't look like I will be as lucky when/if we have another, our insurance has gone up this year for maternity to a $1000 deductible.

  We could have had a semi-private or private room, but we chose to go with a ward room and I ended up being in there by myself for 2 nights anyway.

  Nada. We  have Tricare. It would have been 270.00 for the waterbirthing tub but ended up in the bathtub. (free)
