Re: Do you have a regional accent?
I do apparently say sorree though. NOT ABOOT.
When I moved to Boston people keep asking me where in NY I was from. Now when I go back to CT they make fun of my Boston accent. When I am really tired or drunk I will mix my NY with my Boston.
Weren't you asking about Garfield?
They are all different!

My dad's side is from Arkansas, so I also picked up on that growing up.
My inlaws have it bad. They say Mishzgin for Michigan and they leave out the t in words like fountain and mountain. They also use some Dutch and German slang that are not things I grew up with.
@bigfatcat you did.
So-- DO YOU?

I'm one of those who pick up accents really easily so when I moved to ar myself I had that "Yankee" accent as they called it but it didn't stick around long. It was still there just not as thick.
Now I'm back home and so thankfull that I'm talking like a northerner again. I don't mind the southern accent so much but oil does have an "I" in it. I got so annoyed with myself when started saying "ool".
So even though I transform it's never throughly. No matter where I go/live I will always be asked where I'm from.
Eta. Still wrong. The bump is pissing me off. I wanted a new name for a reason. I logged in under new name yet I'm still posting under the old. Really? Wtf!
