Hello STL Moms :)

I was calling around to find a good prenatal yoga and West County and Pilates + Yoga in Chesterfield is going to be starting one soon! Just wanted to let everyone know, hoping to meet lots of soon to be moms in the area :)

    The Nest (www.theneststl.com) has awesome prenatal yoga a few times during the week- and childcare is included! and they have mom & baby yoga for after you deliver!

    I know this is an old post but I did prenatal yoga at Urban Breath in Dogtown and really enjoyed it, just in case this is helpful to someone looking!


    Married my love 8-25-12 TTC #1 September 2012. BFP 2-2-13. DS born 10-16-13.
    TTC #2 in December 2014. BFP 12-31-14. Expecting a September baby!
