  At 6w5d we saw two sacs, fetal poles, and heartbeats. Baby B is consistently behind baby A by 3 days.

  I did not find out until 9 weeks, so both had hb, but mine always measured 3-4 days apart. I definitely wouldn't worry yet

  I hear it happens ALOT! I hope your next appt shows both babies clearly. There is so much variation in early pregnancy and with twins (especially di/di) they could have implanted at different times so it would affect what you see on an early scan.

  My other little one is only two days behind so I'm praying the little one who is two days behind has a yolk sac as we'll next week and that we hear two strong heartbeats. This was my first ultrasound today did they find two sacs on your first ultrasound did just one of yours have a yolk sac what did they say at your appt??

  My doctor was baffled because i already had two natural twins miscarriages due to a wall in my uterus which i had removed. He was expecting one baby and all three of us were in shock when we saw two sacks... There was only one yolk sac and the flickering light for a heartbeat. Doctor said the other one might be behind or is in a difficult position to see so we will go monday. I am trying to rest and pray as much possible to give the second little one a fighting chance. The doctor didnt even tell me details about the pregnancy he just said lets stay calm and wait till i see high risk doctor... I wish i would of asked more questions! When is your next appt? ((((Hugs)))))

  Dichorionic-Diamniotic is when they have their own sacs and placentas. They are the lowest risk category of all types of twins.

  I'm on mobile so can't see if you have a ticker? How many weeks and days should you be?
  
  If your main concern is just one baby measuring two days apart, that is no big deal. Mine were measuring several days apart in size at my first ultrasound which was at 7 weeks. Unfortunately, if your doctor does really early ultrasounds, it's just a waiting game to see if they both develop. Good luck!

  Married 8/2008. IVF with PGD March 2013.
  3/22 ER: 25R, 20M, 15F. 9 genetically normal, and 3 survived to Day 5
  3/27 ET: transferred 1 embryo, beta 9dp5dt=163, 12dp5dt=639
  4/25 1st ultrasound at 7 weeks = identical twins with heartbeats?!!!

  PPROM at 31w, delivery at 32 weeks of two beautiful girls

  Did they measure different early on my first ultrasound dated baby A as 5 weeks 3 days Baby B as 5 days 1 week.

I see you posted above that next Friday you will be 6 weeks, so if you were less than 5 weeks when the ultrasound was taken, then both babies were measuring ahead? Truly don't worry about a 2 day difference. If they are measuring ahead, then you are doing great.
