  I am so very sorry for your loss of Josephine. I will be thinking of her and your family as you grieve her passing while at the same time celebrating every bit of good news and progress from Evangeline. Evangeline is a beautiful baby and obviously quite a strong fighter! I will be praying that she continues to prove that doctor's negative attitude wrong.
