If this schedule is working for him and for you, and he seems well rested, happy, and healthy, then just go with it.The only thing I would add is that he may be wired bc he is actually overtired. It's possible that you are missing his ideal "go to sleep" window and then he is getting that second wind, which is why he's up so late. I have definitely done that before and it sucks.
We are so thankful that our second daughter, Lillian Elizabeth "Lily", was born healthy and happy on February 11, 2013. We love her to pieces.
We lost our first daughter, Hannah Grace on May 4, 2011. She was buried on May 14 during a beautiful service at my home church. We are grateful that if she could not be here with us, that she is healed and whole with the Lord. We look forward to the day when we will get to meet her. We love her so much.

This exactly!
I will add, my LO has an early bedtime, but we did nothing to help steer him to this. It is just the time he picked to go to sleep and not wake again until morning!
I have a Daughter born 2/26/2013. She is pretty much amazing!
Married to DH 10.29.11
DD born 1.26.13
DS born 6.12.14
#3 due 12.6.16
Us too! But we have to, as DS is in daycare and both DH and I need to be at work by 8ish. 7pm bedtime is wonderful for week days, but sometimes it can be a bit of a pain on the weekends, as we need to be and settled down by 6pm in order to do his bedtime routine. It's not something we're married to, but he's a much happier little man when we stick to the routine.mishka29 said:Do what works!
