I know we have discussed this many times in various threads but I thought it might help if we compile our tips and tricks in one thread? Have we done this yet? What do you do that calms your fussy baby? Do you have a good bedtime routine/tip? How do you deal with a no napper? Any other tips/tricks to share?
My best tip is to watch The Happiest Baby on the Block. These techniques have worked (in various forms) on all 3 of my kids. We also use the white noise on the DVD at night and it seems to works better than any other. Netflix has the discs but Amazon has it on instant streaming- worth the $9.99, I promise!
This LO is currently in a no nap phase. The only way she will nap is in the Moby/K'tan. She fusses at first but she is out in 5 min flat.
Re: calming baby techniques- post em here!

Everybody is welcome!!!
DS2 liked the Sleep Sheep. DS1 hated everything all the time. He was a fussy baby
Also, sometimes when she is really fussy, laying her down and letting her look around calms her. It stops her screaming, then I can pick her back up and rock or bounce her.
Also, she is starting to like her moby pretty well.
Also, laying him next to my left thigh while I pump in bed will do it.
Patting back, butt.
Shushing and carrying him around over my shoulder while patting.
nighttime: dark/dimly lit room, diaper, bottle, jammies, binky, swaddle, kisses, RnP

For some strange reason , DD loves laying on her changing pad too! Usually facing the wall, sometimes towards the middle of the room. I thought it was because she was watching my shadow. But we lay her on that and instantly, she is quiet and calm

I also second turning off all distractions and darkening the room. All soothing movements/sounds work ten fold in a dark room.
Sometimes distraction works like a charm though I'd they aren't sleepy at all though - if I start singing a silly song and dancing from room to room with LO, he'll get totally into all the stimulation and forget about whatever was pissing him off in the first place!
Being in a seated position is also a favourite, so we sit her on our knees in the burping position, with one hand under her chin and rub/pat her back....she passes out in minutes and can be slid closer to our bodies for the transfer to cuddles
