  of course you need to get that out!  It sounds like a big ugly cry might be in order, then long deep breaths with full exhales... Just hugs for you mostly I am so sorry you are dealing with all of that.  Your supply will pick up and that will end... your older ds of course is adjusting and just as you know more than I your and your dh's consistent and loving parenting will see him through.  I hope you have a family member/ close friend to give you a hand or ear too.  If not take care of yourself through counseling, venting here, anything you need!  Hugs momma!

  I don't have any advice I'm sorry, but I couldn't help but also show my support along with all the other ladies! You sound like a fantastic mum and you are doing the best you ever can for both your boys - both will be well aware of how much their mummy loves them and will appreciate everything you are doing for them. I hope everything continues to get better!! You can do it mum!!
