Baby movements causing nausea?

My baby has been doing so many flips and somersaults the past 3 days it has been making me feel nauseous and have a sore stomach! Anyone else experience this?

Re: Baby movements causing nausea?

  • Yeah, that happened today and I was like, hmmm that was strange.

  • Yes, I was just thinking this today. I feel bad complaining, but it makes me lose my appetite.
  • Yes. When LO does a good roll.
  • Yep, it can happen, esp if you're prone to motion sickness or if LO rubs against your organs in a way that causes you that particular type of discomfort. I've known moms who would vomit after particularly hard upward jabs to a full stomach.

  • Not nauseous but crazy heartburn and reflux... Hang in there!
  • Yeah I had that going on about a week ago.... I tried to move around and took some tums
  • Yes! I think she gets cozy on my stomach I think...
  • oh, lawd yes! i wake up around 2 am feeling so barfy from the dance party in my belly.

  • Yes, I get nauseous sometimes. I assumed it was lingering morning sickness but it's probably baby moving. He has his feet up under my ribs and likes to stretch his legs in a way that is pretty painful.
