How long did it take your insurance paid pump to arrive?

Hey all,

Just curious from those who have received them. How long did it take? Obviously this is going to be slightly different for everyone, but mine seems to be taking awhile. I submitted my order over three weeks ago. I just wanted to hear other people's expeirences before I made a call into the medical supplier. Thanks!

I also got mine through edgepark and they said 3-5 days to process and up to a week to ship, but I got it in 3 or 4 days

I filled out the online form over a month before I was due. I knew it wouldn't be processed until 1 month prior to due date. 3 weeks before my due date I called them since I hadn't received a confirmation or anything, and they went on and processed it over the phone. Glad I did that. I got it about 5 business days later.

I have been getting the next week run around for 3 weeks now! Still no pump I am about to give up. But I think that's what they want lol

I ordered mine through Byram on 2/14 and my c-section is 3/14. After a few weeks when I didn't hear anything, I emailed and they said it would be shipped before the 14th. I just got a voicemail today that it shipped it will arrive in 1-3 business days so it should get here by Friday.

They're not super helpful when you email, they seem irked that you don't just accept it will come in time, but it can't hurt to bug them a little

I preordered mine and just had to call and report when the baby was born. I got my pump the day after I reported his birth.

The longest part for me was getting the prescription from my dr. After that, it was ordered and arrived 3 days later. I was really surprised.

Mine was a weird process. I had to mail a postcard back from this baby kit they sent me. I sent it back ASAP and my pump arrived 4 or 5 weeks later... which aligned to about a month before my due date. So I don't know if I waited to mail if it would have taken that long or if they were just waiting for me to hit about 35/36 weeks pregnant.

I got mine from Yummy Mummy and I ordered it like two months before my due date and got it within two weeks. I was very surprised

I ordered mine mid February and they told me they would send it 2 was before my due date. I received a call exactly 2 wks before due date that it was shipped and it was on my porch 2 days later.

I ordered from Byram as well on the 28th. No word other than an order confirmation from them, but I just emailed since the confirmation says you should have the pump within 10 days of confirmation. And clearly its more than that already.

I just want to make sure I have all the parts and can get what I need before baby. I don't do "unprepared" very well...

I ordered through Byram on February 13th. I received an email stating it would be 7-10 days processing and 3-5 days shipping. This past weekend I STILL had not heard anything. I emailed and told them my due date was the 10th and I hadn't heard anything. On the 11th I received an email with a tracking number so at least now I know it's on the way. My little girl is being stubborn and hasn't arrived yet so at least I'm not doing without it.

I ordered mine from Byram at the end of January. They sent me a confirmation that they received my order and would begin processing 30 days before my due date. From that point it should've been 5-10 days processing plus shipping time. I emailed them last week because I hadn't heard anything since January and they said it should be shipping that week. Well, I called them today because after that email I didn't hear anything. I talked to an actual person and she said it should be shipping today. About an hour ago I got a call saying it had shipped and should be here in 1-3 days with a confirmation number. But, it's shipping from NJ and I'm pretty sure they are getting bad weather soon. Hopefully my pump leaves before the snow comes in.

It took about 24hrs to get the Rx from my doctor, then the pump arrived about 4 days later.

Ya it sounds like Byram needs to get their shit together..haha. Mine is the same story. Ordered mid Febuary, and haven't heard a word since. I emailed them yesterday and so far have just gotten the automatic reply stating that it should have been processed in 7-10 days. I'm due next week and plan on EPing. Hoping this works out!

Great question! I am currently on about the 8th business day - they said it could take 7-10 business days to process & verify insurance, etc. I would love to have it shipped SOON! C-section date is 3/19 and never know how soon I might need it!
