  So sorry to read this @peanutmuse - hopefully the further tests come back negative. For a while with James when they couldn't figure out what was going on they were talking about inborn errors, and I freaked myself the fuck out on Wikipedia (given that he was on an oscillator at the time, it took a lot to freak me out...) Hang in there. I have a pretty good idea what you're feeling right now, and it doesn't get much worse

  @peanutmuse  I know this has got to be one of the scariest times for you. I remember being in the hospital with Ellie and having them tell me all these awful things that were 'going" to happen.  But you know what?  They didn't.  In the end, I had to let go and just have faith.  I will be sitting back here in po-dunk Missouri praying for you and that precious little one until I hear news back!  It will all be ok. I have faith.  And know that all of us here are praying/thinking/sending positive vibes for you.
