LO is barely eating

My 12 week old LO has barely been eating every time I have tried to feed her since last night at 7pm.  She is EBF and will latch on until let down or just a tiny bit past let down and then pull off and refuse to relatch.  I had overactive letdown way in the beginning after she was born but it is no longer happening so I don't believe that is the problem.

She had one full feeding at 9:45pm last night but then did the refusal at 1am, 3am, 5am, and 8am.  I can't imagine she is nursing for more than 1-2 minutes at most after letdown during any of those times she has actually latched.  She is acting happy and had one poopy diaper at 3am and two wet ones since.  I'm not sure when I should be concerned about this…any help would be great!  I'm worried!

    Did you check her mouth for sores and ears for infection?

    Thanks so much for the feedback. I'll keep an eye on her - no sores in her mouth but she has been spitting up a bit more than usual. Also, I cut out dairy about 13 days ago due to suspected MPI so I have noticed her poops are less frequent...she used to go several times a day and now it seems to be down to 1x / day. We'll see thanks again!

    She started eating again after taking a large poop in the afternoon and fed well throughout the day. I have since noticed that she really does not eat much during her first feed after waking up - around 8am but since the day I posted my ? she has been picking back up on nursing well after her morning nap and throughout the day. Thanks so much for everyone's advice. Not sure what was going on but may have been a combination of factors!
