It's not a bad theory.

I think 9/11 has made most of us uber paranoid. Any news story that's out of the norm or similarly related to 9/11 immediately brings the words "terrorist attack" to mind. For me at least.

I just read that all the passengers phones were ringing like they were in service when family members would call. The plane has to be somewhere. I can completely see this happening. I'm all for conspiracy theories.

So, I'm assuming they are having trouble tracing the location of the phones?

I agree with this part, but I can't figure out how none of the passengers would have sent off texts, phone calls, tweets, etc. in the first few minutes of the hijacking?

I don't know all the details I'll admit - but was it hijacked once it was in the air? Chances are they had no way of contacting anyone... Not all planes have wifi nowadays and you get no phone reception up there.

Unless the plane had those built in phones, then well... I'm out of ideas.

I've thought about this, too. I don't see how it could just come out of no where ya know? Unless they put some kind of poisonous gas or something on the plane and everyone passed out. I seriously have way too much time on my hands to think about this.

I just hope and pray that the family members and friends of all missing gets answers soon. I couldn't imagine NOT knowing where my family was.

Yeah. They were even saying there was at least one case were someone was listed as online on a Chinese social networking website.

Good point. The articles I just read said that the only sign to signal distress was that the plane may have appeared to turn around right before it went missing on the radar... Could it have been hijacked and diverted elsewhere?

I'm most suspicious of the 2 passengers who boarded with stolen passports...

I wondered that too, but there were 240 passengers, so (let's say) more than 100 cell phones/devices to collect. You'd have to have enough hijackers to complete the task and even then, it would have taken more than a full minute. That would have been plenty of time for someone to fire off a text (if there was wi-fi) or grabbed an in-flight phone. But I do hope for any alternative to a crash, even if it's something as awful as a hijacking. At least then there would be hope for the families.

Just remembered a dream that I had from earlier this week...

I had to go support one of my ex-boyfriends who had become a male stripper. I was really stressed out because I got caught up at work and was going to miss his first stage appearance. I got to the club just in time. He got off to a rocky start, but ended up giving a decent performance. Then, he morphed into my husband and I was really proud of his dance moves.

WTH? Someone interpret that!

Maybe it's about how you were supportive and found ex-bf okay, but he got sexier over time, but DH is wayyy better than ex-bf? Haha. Who knows?
