In other words, if you aren't working until the end, when do you plan to take leave?
My plan was 37 weeks just because I have been down this road before I know when I was pulled at 34 weeks before for pre-e, I was more than ready to go.

Re: If you are leaving work early or quitting, when are you leaving?
I'm thinking of making my last day at 39 weeks. DD was born at 39w3d so I guess there's a chance I'll be out by 39 weeks anyway. But then I feel like I have the flexibility to WFH full time, so what's the point in ducking out of work before baby comes?

I asked the NP this at my last appt and she said I could be off at 38 weeks. My last day based on this and a previously scheduled personal day will be May 1 (due May 17). With DS due in July and being a teacher I was done with work at 32 weeks last time, it will be interesting to see how I feel working until week 38. I have an hour commute each way, I think that is going to be the worst part of working so long.
That way I can have some sick days to use after Easter break before I start EI. They started inducing me at 37 w 4 d last time.
My replacement teacher is able to start at the beginning of April, so I plan to work at least until that point, but my goal is 36 weeks. I have a 3 hour round trip commute on top of a full day on my feet teaching, so that is why I will finish then.
