Hi ladies-
The board seems a little slow tonight, so I figured I'd throw this out there. My family used to do this at dinner each night. Changing it to weekly version- what was your high for the week and what was your low?
Mine-
High- This cycle is seeming much more back to normal and I caught my perfect O timing this week- YAY!
Low- had an enjoyable hair salon appointment today that was then ruined when a woman came in that I found out was way pregnant and only about 2 weeks behind where I should be right now. Just made me start thinking about how I should have been wrapping up at work right now and finishing the final prepartions for our baby boy. Hopefully my high leads to a HUGE high next week ![]()
How about you?

Low: I want my life back. I want to have sex with my husband and drink an Abita Strawberry (the best, we're totally hoarding it); be able to lift and move things. I want to go back to the gym. I feel fine. I've completely stopped bleeding and spotting, I'm physically feeling ready to move on. I know we can't TTC, but I'm ready to feel normal.

HIGH: Dh. He's awesome and really is my rock. He's been so patient with my crazy and treated me to some of my favorite pie tonight to get me out of the house and change my focus..
(((Hugs))) I also deal with panic attacks and anxiety. After my dx, I asked my dr for a small script of ativan. Is that an option for you? I'm also a huge promoter of yoga for anxiety issues. I'm sorry. Anxiety sucks! Hopefully you'll jump back easily into ttc.
I'd prefer to try and control it without medication at this point.
High: Dh and I are leaving town in the morning. I cannot wait to go to our favorite hotel. Best part is this little spanish lady who comes in and serves breakfast in bed. She asks how I want my coffee before my eyes are even open!
Eta @pinkcamino
I agree with no meds. I've struggles for years, but the ativan really helped me get through a few particularly rough days. I hope you find peace through all this stuff
@snegde - ((Hugs)) so sorry that you are having a tough time- hoping things start looking up for you soon
@hawkward - enjoy the drink! Sounds like you've got a good hubby at home to support you
@pinkcamino - I can't imagine that stress and how exhausting it must be. Sounds like you've got a great support system at home as well and I'm sure you are thankful for that. Oh yeah, PIE IS GOOD

Low: today marked a year of losing my uncle. He was killed in a home robbery, and this anniversary is a reminder were not any closer to a conviction.
High: my amazing husband making me an incredible steak dinner as I napped tonight.

Highs: last week of accounting class! Got to eat real food today!
Low: I haven't been eating as well as I would like and need to get myself back on track.
@PinkCamino-sorry you are having such a rough time. Panic attacks are awful. I've had to resort to Klonopin sometimes. It is pretty bad that I am a therapist and don't use what I teach sometimes. I hope things get better for you. ((Hugs))
