  @Hels we just transitioned Brooklyn a few weeks ago and she's almost three too. I wouldn't rush it unless you have too. If she's happy in a crib, keep her in and just buy another that converts to a toddler.
  
  We went with a toddler bed. I paid $79 on Walmart.com. It's white wood with the Nantucket look. We like that it doesn't take up the space of a twin. Now DD has more playroom.
  
  I hear you on the sharing rooms. We only have the two so the girls will share. The baby will sleep in our room though until they can really share.
