Let's Make it Official!

Hey everyone, I've been lurking here for a couple days (got my BFP on Tuesday) but didn't want to officially introduce until I had everything checked and confirmed by my doctor. Part of me almost didn't believe the HPTs because I tested early and I have absolutely zero symptoms. Well, saw my doc this morning and it's official so here I am!

This will be our second child. DD was born Jan 2013 (I wasn't an active member of Jan2013 mamas, but did a ton of lurking). DH and I have been married almost 6 years. I'm a Registered Nurse and we live in Alberta, Canada (three cheers for year-long Canadian maternity leave!!). We are so excited to welcome this new little one in November. EDD is Nov 10 (according to my doc), I think it's actually more like Nov 14 based on my O date (I'm going to try to convince him to move it next appointment), so Nov 14 is the date I'm going to be going with and telling people.

Looking forward to the next 8-ish months and getting to know you all!

@nl15 I O'd one day after you and also think my due date will be around 14 nov. I also tested on Tuesday and got my BFP. Unfortunately I won't get to go to the doctors for a while. I'm told that here in England they don't do blood tests to confirm, just pee sticks. And my first sonogram won't be until 11-12 weeks! Ugh! It seems so far away. But congrats to you and I hope you have a healthy 8 months (ish)!
