I'm punching a ticket today and your gif just summed up my feelings EXACTLY!

Crazy level from 1-10: 8?

CD/DPO: CD 6

Can I just ______ already?!: Have a "normal" cycle with opks?

Signs/Symptoms: Still spotting from AF which hasn't left yet...nothing else!

Explain your Crazy here: So we know I have a history of wonky opks but that was because I was actually pregnant with my second unhealthy pregnancy so the opks were acting like hpts....

Today is CD 6, I am still spotting from my period, and I get a SOLID smiley face from the CB advanced digi with FMU, (peed in a cup and dipped). I've been looking everywhere for the regular CB digi and can't find it! I also took a FRER digi and that was negative. I tested with a regular CB opk (not digital) with second morning urine and there wasn't even a squinter. I also took a hpt (negative) even though it would have to have been an act of God since we were TTA last cycle and didn't break any rules!

I'm upset for many reasons...and I know they are a bit irrational which is why I'm riding the train today.

1) If it really was negative I just wasted $45.00 since the advanced won't reset itself for a few more days and the last time this happened it never reset itself.

2) I'm scheduled for my HSG on Friday so I'm worried if I O before then I'm 100% out this cycle, which I might be anyway depending on what they find...and I'm wondering if they can still do the HSG because I know it's supposed to be done before you O.

3) Am I really going to O so early??

So crazy train gurus...WWYD? Should I mark it + today? Or should I wait and see what happens tomorrow?

Oh man, that's tough. OK, I have a few questions before I answer - You said you'd previously gotten an early + with the CB advanced digi. Have you ever had a negative reading? Are they supposed to be used with FMU? Do you have any fertile CM? Have you previously used regular or FRER OPKs successfully (not as in getting pg, as in detecting O)?

I don't think they will do the HSG if you've O'ed, for several reasons, but you can call and ask.

Ugh that is so frustrating, especially since you might be missing your next cycle! I HATE THAT! I know you didn't temp or use OPKs, but do you think you've O'ed, based on symptoms? Or do you have no idea? FX AF gets here ASAP!

Even if it's pretty irrational to think that I got KU this cycle. Still terrified.

Oh and my boobs hurt real bad <<< Or is it in my brain?!?!?!

I'm not really ready for this train.

But it's 9:45 am and I'm avoiding alcohol until Friday morning's pee test.

I thought I did around cd16 because I had some spotting/ovary pain which is typical for me, but with the PCOS, maybe my body tricked me.

hmm ok, well if that was the case then I guess you should've gotten AF by now. And since you're getting negative tests, I guess you O'ed later or not at all. Ugh. I hope you get AF soon. ((hugs))

I'm sitting in the gyn office waiting on my consult with my new Dr! Killing time, I'm sitting here over examining my OPK from this morning v/s yesterday's +OPK. The lady beside me just whispered "you also?" to me...a little creepy but funny.

My non crazy QOTD :
Is it possible to have +OPKs in a row?
Do I go solely by the 1st (CD19) on ff so not to confuse it?

HA! I love that she said that to you. That is hilarious. Your temps aren't really rising at all yet, so you haven't O'd yet. I think CD 19 and CD20 are both positive (but barely, so keep testing). Keep testing with OPKs and keep HIO. I would guess you're Oing today or tomorrow. It is very common to have 2 days of + OPKs.

@RedTwizzlers I just got back from an appointment at my doctors office, they wanted to do another ultrasound to check on the cysts that were on my ovaries during the last pregnancy. I have 2 cysts on each ovary measuring 1.2 and 1.3 and the nurse said that the opk this morning was most likely a false positive since the cysts are small. She estimated I would O around CD 10 which is close to my other cycles where I used opks and temping. FF puts my O around CD 12 usually. I think my biggest problem with the opks in the past is that I just peed on the stick instead of using the cup method. I would get two rounds of positives one was probably a false positive.

Either way the nurse said that we can go ahead with the HSG even if I O before. The only thing that would happen is that I miss my fertile window this month and I think being benched one more month isn't that big of a deal so we can see if there is something more serious going on in my ute! So the HSG on Friday morning is a go.

I stopped at a random CVS by my doctor's office and they had the regular CB digi so I'll start using that tomorrow.

My family friend who is the OB said the same thing. She kept calling them cysts but I'm assuming she meant follicles because she kept saying "if mature eggs come from them". She also scared the shit out of me because she said she saw something that could be an endometrium pollup, which my family friend said is not something that the nurse/tech should 1) be discussing with the patient and 2) is pretty much impossible to see without an HSG. After the HSG on Friday I'm hoping to never see this practice again!! A normal OB would call their patient later after he looks at the ultrasound but I'm not holding my breath to get a call from him.

I haven't ridden the train in forever! I did test today and negative, so I know I'm not KU, just confused with this super long LP and pretty obvious temp spike at O, it's not like some cycles I've had with a slow rise at O that could leave doubt about which day is actually O day. I'm just confused and hoping for any other long LP and/or clomid experiences, as well as any thoughts on spotting vs light flow.

Today I'm CD 30 of my third clomid cycle, FF originally had me O on CD 12, but when I changed to Research method this morning it moved O to CD13. I normally start spotting around 1 DPO straight through to my period, with very heavy spotting the last few days that I always am unsure whether to call spotting or Light, but I end up with a day of next to no spotting before what I usually consider as CD1 with mega cramps and very heavy flow. On previous clomid cycles I started spotting much later but have had that same pattern at the end of the cycle, heavy spotting, a day of almost nothing, then full on flow. I'm having this same pattern this time around, except I've had next to no spotting now from Monday until today and my LP seems to be dragging on.

I guess what I'm really struggling with is my typical pre-AF spotting. I always wonder if I should be counting that heavy spotting beforehand as Light and therefore CD1, rather than waiting for a heavy flow and crampy day as CD1 as I've done for the last year and a half. But if I did, my period would end up being 8 or 9 days or even longer some cycles, that doesn't seem right either. I have a call in to my OB and am waiting to hear back from him - just a reminder of my history, I live 11+ hours drive from the nearest fertility clinic/RE so am doing the most I can get locally, which is clomid cycles with only CD21 progesterone draws as monitoring. I know, it's not ideal, but it's all that's available to me.

Anyways, sorry for the long and confusing ramble, just typing it out helps to clarify my own thoughts some. ((hugs)) to all who need them today!!

LOL, I love these comments. Venting is great. Well, I am still bleeding from the loss of Claire on 2/17/14. Dr. said no hanky panky for 4 weeks so basically I am not watching for O yet. I am however feeling like a tiger in heat awaiting to pounce on my steak (aka hubby). He always smells so good and dresses up nice for work. I always notice those things about him, but now it seems like all my senses are heightened and I want the boom boom but can't do the boom boom yet.

Come on 3/17!!!!!!

Ugh, that's really frustrating, I'm sorry. I think as long as you're consistent with what you call spotting vs. CD1, that's probably the most important thing. Obviously your doctor will be able to answer better than I can.

As for the long LP...I think calling our resident expert @laromana09 was a good idea! Let's see what she has to say. I think it definitely looks like O on CD13. I don't know why you haven't gotten AF yet. Are you having any pain? Either way, I think it's important to keep testing if AF doesn't show to make sure it's not an ectopic or something. ((hugs)) and I hope you get some answers soon.

I know it can be frustrating to have to wait but just remember that you're doing the right thing for your body. And make sure you use protection if you're supposed to. Hope the 17th comes quickly for you!

@gscoville I'm not sure about the pre-AF spotting, but as far as the longer LP, my doctor did say that can happen on Clomid cycles. What happened with me this cycle is my temps dropped when AF should have shown up, but then started climbing again...we finally found that my corpus luteum had just stuck around and continued producing progesterone. Hopefully that's not happening with you, and hopefully AF shows. But in the beginning, even when I was pretty late, my doctor wasn't at all worried and said that longer LPs are not uncommon and not anything to worry about. I would definitely keep temping so you know whether they start climbing again. (((HUGS))) It sucks knowing you are out and wanting to move on and start a new cycle when your body has other ideas.

Can I just ______ already?!: Not get in my own head

Signs/Symptoms: Really sore boobs, fatigue, upset stomach

Explain your Crazy here: It was a 10, but now I'm ok. So, I'm on BCP (less than a week left, yay!) and my boobs have been extremely sore, like don't breathe on them, can't take off a bra, uncomfortable showers, hurts to jump even with a strong sports bra on kinda sore. I've also been tired a lot (but I now blame the cloudy, rainy weather) and my stomach has been upset (another side effect of BCP). Well, I got into my head... This is how it went: "Oh, shit! What if I am actually pregnant and the cyst they found is a persistent corpus luteum cyst like I had in my pregnancies? Oh, no. I've been drinking wine and lots of coffee and taking my BCP." This is despite having negative HPTs followed by my period.

I took a HPT this morning and it was negative. Thank you BCP for giving me so many side effects that I actually thought I could have been pregnant from last cycle. I'm just SMH at myself for this. 8-}

Explain your Crazy here: WTF is happening with my chart?! My temps look like my 3 year old niece went crazy with a marker! I am so over this cycle. I am getting fertile CM and nothing on the OPKs. Last week I had better luck with the OPKs than I am this week. It's so freaking frustrating!! I just want to O so I can schedule my b/w. I am not asking a lot here. @redtwizzlers the gif you put up is perfect for me today. I am so over my body and its lack of support in this matter.

I took a HPT this morning and it was negative. Thank you BCP for giving me so many side effects that I actually thought I could have been pregnant from last cycle. I'm just SMH at myself for this. 8-}

@luciddreamer106 If it makes you feel any better, my head totally would have gone to the same place. When do you finish with your BCP? My last day is Satuday, maybe we will go off the pill together. [-O<

Explain your Crazy here: So I thought by stepping away from the board and trying to forget about what my body was doing would help relax me…wrong! I STILL have yet to O and my temps have been UP and DOWN like crazy. I take it at the exact same time every day before rising or doing anything. I ran out of OPKs so I haven’t been able to test. Outside of the CB test showing a PEAK, I have had all negative (some had the second line pretty dark but not enough to be a +). I’m starting to believe this cycle is a total loss. I wish my body would just go back to normal again. I feel worried. I O’d later and later and now, nothing! I called my doc for some peace of mind and she wants me to come in next week (hoping that at least AF will show by then) and we can discuss a few options of what to do. I feel so run down

I'm just jumping on because I'm a fellow crazy who's chart is all over the effin place ! Grrrrrrrr!!

So my opks this morning - as I'm starting to think both kinds are jacked (can't be my body right lol) so I've still been poas. They're negative, but today's were soooo dark, one I would call positive. I double checked with a CBE smiley digital = negative. #:-S

Then since I have no idea wtf dpo I'm at, I checked a hpt, also negative. Yesterday I decided to stop temping, but I couldn't resist and I took it this morning 2 hrs LATER and it's low, say whaaaa?

I give up. I'm stopping all things. If I reach cd40 with no af or neg hpt, I'll call my RE.

/le sigh. I haven't had a cycle this whacky since month 3 off bcp 2yrs ago.

Can I just ______ already?!: Get rid of this effing ruptured cyst bull shit already?

Signs/Symptoms: I have NO PMS symptoms whatsoever. Usually at this point I'm a mess....serious tender chest, backache, cramps, all that jazz. And nothing. I got a BFN at the doc on Monday....and she didn't seem to think I'd get a BFP. So where the eff is the AF stuff? As soon as the cyst GTFO of my life and I get cleared, I can go to the gym, take a month off of TTC while DH is OOT - I just want to move the eff on with life right now.

Explain your Crazy here: I've been stuck sitting and doing nothing because it all hurts. So my crazy is bordering on a 7. I have a bad attitude, a lot of pain and it doesn't seem to be getting better.

That chart is really frustrating...no O though, but you know that. I'm glad to hear you have an appt next week, that's great! Hope you can get some answers and come up with a plan.

Crazy level 8
I've had a really bad cold the last few days and didn't check my fertility calendar until just now. Cycle day 1 should have been 2 days ago. The cold medicine I'm taking is making me feel all crazy too. I'm tempted to run to 711 on my lunch break and POAS. I'm pretty sure I didn't have sex around I but of course I didn't keep track this month. I'm stuck in a CEU class for 5 more hours! I know I'm delusional!
