Miscarriage/Pregnancy Loss

Can someone please help me squeeze into my skirt?!

I'm thinner than what I was when I became pregnant yet my normal clothes still do not fit me because of my belly.  I tried on some skirts to wear to church and they are so tight and uncomfortable and I don't want to go out and buy bigger clothes.  I'm just tired of wearing maternity cloths, sigh.

It's just insult to injury.

  • I feel your pain! I posted earlier about trying to squeeze into some pants. Don't worry, I am in the process of inventing a machine that will stretch out regular clothes just like shoes. Until then, I guess we all have to squat and jump around like a frog to get them to loosen up. lol Much love hun!

  • I broke down 2 days ago and bought some jeans from the "women's" section as opposed to the "misses" section - theyre a little more forgiving on bellies! I didnt want to look like my pants were cutting into me at the inlaws parties this christmas and I dont do dresses.

  • Ugh.  I'm so sorry.  I can relate.  The first couple of months after our loss I felt the same way.  It got better, but unfortunately everything had already shifted for me, and some things just aren't going back the way they were.
