@tashad as a fellow lawyer and I'm so impressed with how she had a child so young and pulled off law school. Major kudos!!
@carriet2018 - we're local and I'm deft looking for to margaritas soon! Plus, we have mutual friends in common IRL and that tells me we'd probably be friends anyway.
My BFF IRL is pretty opposite me in many ways, but we choose to live our lives with the same passion for life. I don't need to agree with everything she does/says, but I do respect those words and actions.
I wake up to so many awesome bumpies wanting to be my BFF! I would totes be friends with everyone! (I'm really not too cool for school.) I would call you guys out, but you all know who you are. But I would like to add @carriet2018 and @allymp13 to our frienesance.
Shocked it took 3 pages.
DRINK!
Very few have the ovaries to be BFFs with me, but those that do are awesome.
If we were BFFs, I'd be like...
But would really mean
I imagine your friends have to put you in check and help you pull your foot from your mouth quite often.
I absolutely love tomatoes! I also can't get any before September because it takes so long until I can plant. It's really sad. Do you have any animals? You can take their shedded hair and lay it around your garden to scare off the little anals.
@ElleStaxx, @EmJ&B, @blondolphin, @babysteps#s, I feel like we go through a lot of the same baby nonsense around the same time. But all O13 bumpies are the shit, obviously. I'm creeping up on a year on this board! Cray.
@crunchymama11 I will definitely show you are way! Only thing that sucks is I am in North Dakota and our growing season is super short
@Jalee85 in texas, we have 3 growing seasons- cool weather veggies from nov-march, warm weather veggies from march- when it gets hot as hades, and then warm and cool weather veggies from aug- nov. my problem is i get my tomatoes and stuff out in mid-march, but by the time the plant starts fruiting it's 100* and the plants won't set fruit. so i spend a lot of money on water to keep the suckers alive all summer until it cools down in sept/oct when it sets fruit again. i've gotten tomatoes in nov, but i planted those in march.
that, and the damn squirrels, raccoons, and rabbits eat my seedlings and then i have to keep replanting the same stuff. grrr...gardening is hard.
I feel your hot weather/always in a drought pain.
This last summer, I finally figured out my soil and got amazing crops of tomatoes, all sorts of peppers, eggplant (yum!), herbs, onions, tomatillos, and even a couple of watermelons and pumpkins. We ate fruits and veggies like kings and our grocery bill was super low.
And now we are going to move this summer. And I will have to figure out a whole new plot!
Do you use natural pest control? We have an awesome spray that my husband made that uses cayenne pepper and vinegar to keep the pesky and ever present bugs away.
@crunchymama11 our family are actually ranchers. So we have cows and horses. My MIL has a huge garden though. It's basically to make 150 jars of pickles every year, because we are pickle addicts.
Peppers actually grow pretty good out here so cucumbers and zucchini. I am hoping to get out into my garden earlier this year. So I can have a tomato before the middle of September.
@jenball717 I think I did inadvertently on TK. I signed into FB so I could get pictures on my TK profile. I have a feeling that it counts over in TB too.

@Wino and @Mamawolf have really been flying under the radar.
I don't care if you want to make me a villain.

@vvg28 also brings up a good point about @awwwpuddin deft have a bumpie crush on her too. Her mobile gifing tutorial has really spiced up our board!
Except you are not random, you are @ellestaxx, with two x's, like Bubba Sparxxx but minus one x.
It's really so cliché, I can't stand it. But I will if you promise to DRINK. Is it too early for that? On a Sunday? 5 o'clock somewhere?
