All three of us have been sick with a stomach virus this week. On top of that, DD is teething. We're finally over the sickness and her tooth has popped through. She is still so irritable, whiny, and fussy I don't know what to do. She's not wanting to eat anything or drink. It's a struggle to get something into her. She's had a very rough week, so I'm trying to be patient with her. But nothing we do will calm her down. She fusses even if we give her what she's asking for.
I'm beginning to wonder if this could be the start of the "terrible 2s." My mom said that's what it sounded like to her. And if that's the case, I'm going to need lots of prayers!

Does it just take a while for toddlers to get over being sick? I really don't have anything to compare it to. We're very lucky, because this is the first time she's been sick.
