I'm bleeding.... UPDATE

Please pray everything is ok. I'm a hysterical mess right now.
Update:
They had me go into the er. They ran test to make sure an infection wasn't causing bleeding which won't be back for 3 days. My ultrasound looks good baby is measuring 11 w6d with heart beat of 154. They couldn't find a reason for bleeding but he said it doesn't mean I still can't be having a miscarriage. I don't even know what that means. So I just wait..... I will call my ob Monday and see what's going on.
When I was pregnant with Ds I had major endo pains and at 5 weeks the er doc said I was having a m/c. They did blood work and I had to go back a few days later for more b/w to check numbers. The few days of waiting made me sick to my stomach.
So here I am having to sit and wait to see if I start cramping, bleeding more and to see my ob who knows when.
Also I will add that he checked my cervix and said it was all closed and no tissue coming out of it which was good news.
Bleeding has turned to brown spotting and is barely there. Can't wait to talk with my ob.
