OT- App - my birth club??

Hi, I've been trying to figure out how to have a birth club or to understand what it is.. I see it on the App but it has nothing in it.. Also, is there a way to save my favorite forums (birth month, multiples, etc) on a tab so I don't have to search for them each time?? Thanks!
