He fudged his hours to overwork himself... Between that and being all bent over Heather, he kind of went off the deep end and performed surgery on Karev's dad, which he shouldn't have. It didn't turn out well. I think that's it.

I actually am, too. That response was when I thought Kepner and Avery were going to get married in the beginning, and then, like always, Grey's was like nahhhhhhhhhhh let's make this about a cat man instead. Idiots.

I think it's because he almost killed Karev's dad on the operating table during the wedding. Maybe there was something else though? This is a downer of an episode.

And like @lest12 said, the intern is kind of crazy cakes now because he feels like he got Heather killed. And then they found out that Cristina was kind of letting him get away with extra crap because they're sleeping together, earning Grey's the "Most Uncomfortable Relationship" award yet again.

I had to look her up and ya not what I would have pictured. She kinda reminds me of the intern he just dated on Greys. Hes beautiful and then shes not all that good looking!

SO not what I expected to a certain extent. Cool that Jackson and April ran off and got married, good for them - I think that was bound to happen either way. I think the fact that the interns filed a complaint is absolutely stupid and I hate that intern that talked the other one into it (the one that slept with Arizona). I don't think Shane will last on the show. I do however love that Bailey's husband is now an intern

Alex....he's still a train wreck, as always.

I used to love this show...that is until they killed off Lexie and McSteamy. Plus ALL THE DAMN DRAMA in marriages. I have enough drama in my daily life I couldn't be getting so emotionally involved in fictional characters (other than Harry Potter and those in other good books). I know that is the whole point in these shows but I couldn't take all the cliffhangers.
