How would you wash your double stroller?

I have a used one that I would like to wash but also it's been on the floor of our garage for a bit and I just want to give it a good scrub. What would you use to wash it? I was just going to sun dry it but not sure how best to wash it!

I wash my strollers with peroxide/dawn mixture, and hose down with the garden hose.

I have used a small steam cleaner on my single before but it didn't get out the sunscreen stains. I'm thinking of trying laundry detergent and a scrub brush, then a good rinse with the hose.
