Baby beach gear?

I have a friend who's planning a week at the beach this summer and her LO will be just under 6 months.  They will also have a 6 year old boy so I'm sure they will be spending a decent amount of time on the actual beach.  She was asking me about beach stuff but mine were never that little at the beach so I have no idea.  Any suggestions on what she should be looking at?  The beach they're going to is flat and can be pretty windy.

    I was also going to suggest a tent. It's great for when the baby wants to nap, and you can put down a towel or blanket in there rather than lay in the sand. And bring a cooler with plenty of water.

    A tent for naps. DD took awesome naps on the beach at 6 month's. If LO sits up then I'd suggest a small baby pool with a few toys. Keeps them entertained & off the sand.

    we have a sun shack! it's amazing- amazon!

    we have a beach bag- diapers, wipes, sunscreen, buckets, sun glasses for babes, shovels, other toys, cooler with water and fruit, other snacks, towels, water shoes, blanket to sit on, change of clothes to change into, and swimming diapers.
