we only get 60% of our wages and only if we qualify. We have to work a certain number of hours to get the 52 weeks, if you don't then it sort of works on a sliding scale (work less hours get less number of weeks of paid benefits).

It is kind of tricky to have conference calls or even relax with a crying baby around. Even if somebody else is watching LO.

I went back to work on Thursday. I have cried every day when dropping LO off and I cry even harder when I get home. It seriously sucks.

I went back to work today. It was awful. I cried on and off yesterday and most of the morning. My coworkers were sweet and put up signs with pictures of Adam on my desk and I cried all over again. I even got teary on my way home from missing him today. Hoping tomorrow is a little better.

Newly SAHM here and working is much easier! I may get a per diem job or something a little later on to keep me sane! lol I'm sure it will get better when we can get out of this house!! Can't wait for spring.

I voted SS because I am currently working full time (went back to work about 6 weeks ago). However, I am putting in my 2 weeks notice tomorrow! I am actually excited to be a SAHM. I enjoyed staying home during my 6 weeks PP!

I am on maternity leave until the end of March. I wish that I could stay home for a year then go back to work. I carry the health insurance through my job so that is not an option.

3 more weeks at home, I'm loving being at home with my girls, since their only 17 months apart it's almost like I had 2 maternity leaves w. my toddler, so before I go back I'm squeezing in a family vacation, a deep house cleaning and a crockpot meal prep day.... then it's back to the daily grind of 3 kids, home and working full time...
