What time do your kids get up?

Dd has always slept in until 730 or so given the opportunity, but for the last week she is getting up at 6 or 630 and it's killing me. Dd2 will sleep a while longer and I need that extra stretch of sleep. We are in the midst of pushing her bedtime back, but she is a bear at night after 7.
Hallelujah, it's a miracle, I have children AND a signature!

Mine is in school, so early :)  Her alarm is set for 6am.

On weekends/vacation she's up anywhere from 5:30-8am. It really just depends, she's all over. But typically on the earlier side/middle of the times.

The girls naturally wake up between 7:30 band 8:30. Julia's school schedule doesn't allow for that though. On school mornings we have to wake her up by 7.

Drew wakes up at 5:30-6 most days. So not cool.

Ugh I should feel lucky, we were getting her up at 545 for daycare so really this is sleeping in for her, but with the new baby I'm dying. It sounds like this is probably the norm though. Can summer be here yet so I can at least send her outside while I drink my coffee in peace?

oh and I just stuck her back in her bes because she was throwing tantrums and kicking doors. Not cool baby girl. Now she's in there yelling for me. Ugh. Good morning.

For school, our goal is for all kids to be up at 7:30.  We leave the house at 8:30.

Summer/weekends, the big girls may sleep until 9-9:30.

Dylan is doing good if she sleeps until 7/7:30.  She is our morning person.

Since we have dropped our nap and go to bed at 7pm- they get up at 6:45 am most of the time.  But there are rare days that they sleep until 7:30.  I use to have to wake them up at 9- ah those were lovely days.

The bell rings at 8:45.  We live a mile from the school.  This winter, they have to sit in the gym until the bell rings, because it is too cold to be outside (which means below zero).

That's a good time lol! We're 1.5 miles from school but still need to leave 20 minutes early because of the back up, especially if it's cold or wet out (most of our town walks/bikes if it's over about 40 in the morning).

6:30 generally, give or take a half hour depending on growth spurts/teething.  She wakes up the same time regardless of bedtime, so we put her down between 7:30 and 8pm and she gets a decent night's sleep. 21 months old.

DD wakes up on on non-school days at 7:00 am but stays in her room until the "cow wakes up" at 7:30.  On school days(M/W/F) I have to wake her up no later than 7:15 or she'd sleep until 8.  I have NO idea why she choses to sleep longer on the days we have somewhere to be and wakes up earlier the days she could sleep longer, drives.me.nuts!

How do you get them to stay in their rooms? Dd can't open her door, but she pounds in it and it's obnoxious plus once the baby is in there I would hate for the banging to wake her.

DD will be 2 next month, she goes down at 7:30 and gets up at 7:30. She takes a nap from 1:30 to 2:30 every day too. With a new baby coming in July I really want her to keep the nap! But she's made it through the day without before and is just ready for bed earlier. If she stays up late for any reason she still gets up at 7:30. If she doesn't get enough sleep she's really unpleasant to be around. I try not to let her stay up late 2 days in a row because of this.

On school days, they're both up at 6:30. Weekends, our 5yo is up at 8:30, like clockwork, and our 7yo is up around 9 if little brother lets her sleep that long. She's a night owl though and, despite going to bed around 9:30 on weekends, could sleep until 10 if she had the quiet.

I'm always up around 7, so I get at least an hour and a half of quiet for my coffee.

Emily has to be at school at 8:20am and I need Nolan to nap between 12-2:00pm so I can pick Emily up from school at 2:50pm every day.

They will both sleep until 8-9:00am on weekends. I have no idea why - they must know and I'm ever so grateful! :)

DS1 is 3yrs old and gets up at 5am every single day. When the sun peaks through, he loudly comes in to announce I need to get out of bed because the sun is up and it's morning. Not to worry, I've been awake since five since he's the loudest child on Earth. DS2 gets up about 7:45/8:00 if the DS1 didn't wake him up with the "sun is up Mom!" announcement (bedshares with us still.)
