My husband is donating his kidney tomorrow. The timing isn't awesome but I support his very brave decision. I am also a nervous wreck. Appreciate any thoughts and prayers you all have to spare.

Praying for him!
Not sure if this will help or not but I donated a kidney in 2011 and it went great. Smooth operation and easy recovery. It did take time, but I fully recovered and have enjoyed just as wonderful a life post-surgery as I had before with little to no adjustments.

I'm here if you would like to talk about any part of the journey.

Please update when he is in recovery.
