So very sorry for your loss, I know my grandma is one of my best friends in this world and if I lost her, I would be lost. All I can say about your LO not getting to know her is that now it is up to you to make sure you share all of those wonderful memories. She will always be smiling down and watching over you and just know in your heart, when LO is looking up and past you, and you are wondering what in the world she could be staring at... you know that it's her. I wish you strength and comfort as you get through this difficult time momma.
I'm very sorry for your loss (same to you @amber0529). That really is a great picture of her with your lo. I'm sure it will be awesome to show that to her when she's a little older and you're telling her stories about her great grandma.
I'm so sorry for your and everyone's losses. Losing a close loved one has to be one of the worst things in the universe.
My mom lost her close grandmother when I was three weeks old. She likes to tell me that grandma waited to meet me, im even named after her. Hearing stories about her is still one of my favorite things. I think it helped my mom feel connected still as well.
Hang in there, just keep breathing. creepy internet hugs to all.
So very sorry for your loss. T&P for you & your family during this difficult time. May you find comfort in all the wonderful memories you shared. Your DD has a beautiful guardian angel now.
I am so sorry for your loss. T&Ps to you and your family. The picture of LO and you grandma is absolutely precious! You can see how much she loves her. Best of luck this week I know how hard it can be.
