I'm a SS - I had a public baby board that I called "One Day" - you know, to signify that kids were in the future, but not RIGHT THIS SECOND. But every time I pinned something I would get my aunt or my cousin texting me and asking if I was pregnant. This got annoying, especially as we started trying and I was dealing with PCOS shittiness, so I made a private one and started posting there instead.

I pin a fair amount of baby-related crafts to my Craft board, thankfully hasn't resulted in any awful "Are you trying???!" questions. Well yes, but it's none of your business! No nursery or how-to stuff though.

My board is private because of my in laws. If even a squeek of a baby item got on my boards, it'd be defcon 1.

I don't have a board yet but I will if I ever get preg and stay preg past the 1st trimester. By the time I ever have a take home baby I may have different ideas. I have to be inspired to start a project and I can't think of anything baby related until I have a baby on the way.

Remember when Pinterest didn't have private boards? Before they had the option I would look at the kid boards but rarely did I pin anything. One time I pinned a couple of things and within a day I had a friend message me asking if I was pregnant. As soon as they started the private boards I set one up as private. I used to pin a lot to it, but not anymore. It helped me get through the waiting-for-DH-to-get-on-board-with-TTC phase.

I have two private baby related boards on Pinterest. One is pregnancy tips/nursery ideas/TTC humor/baby accessories and the other is adoption related articles and legal information. Both of them are boards I share with DH.

Although I very much hope to get KU and carry a biological child to term, DH and I have been very seriously discussing adoption since very early on in our TTC journey and doing some preliminary research regarding which type of adoption might be best suited for us. We know we will not be seeking any infertility testing if we go past the year TTC mark or any IUI/IVF, so we want to have some preliminary information available in one place when/if we need it.

I have a private board titled "Baby #2". The first few cycles I went PIN crazy on it, especially all the cute girl stuff (boy stuff tends to be less exciting lol). But after cycle #3, I refused to pin to it. It was just bumming me out. The only time I might pin to it is if I am looking at kid stuff for DS and something cute catches my eye that I want to remember, but that's it.

I am addicted to Pinterest and have no shame. Everyone in my life knows we want more kids and I'm sure most of them assume we are TTC while we have only actually told a couple of people. I'm pretty active in a few natural parenting/cloth diaper communities so I am always pinning and posting on FB and no one questions it.

SS: Both. I have a public one from when I was pregnant with DD and when she was a baby. Now I also have a private one that I can add new things to, but I don't want anyone to suspect we're TTC.

I have had one for a while I think even before H and I were married. It's called "Babies one day". I'll pin once in a blue moon but it kind of bummed me out once we started actively TTC.

There's still adorable ideas out there so I do pop in just to see what's up.

I have a board called "baby fever" that's public haha. It's always been running knowledge that I love kids and can't wait to have them. I'm pretty much an open book with everyone I know. The only time my Pinterest board was ever even brought up was from SIL old sorority sister (wtf??) who was stalking me and texted my SIL to find out if I'm pregnant. She was all proud of herself like she'd stumbled upon top secret hidden knowledge. Bitch the board is public for a reason, I don't care who knows that I plan on having babies. I don't even know you!!

I started a baby board as soon as I was pregnant with my daughter and I just keep adding stuff to it and no one assumes that I am TTC again because I am pinning newer baby stuff to it, I honestly don't think anyone really pays attention.

I've been relatively active (read: addicted) on Pinterest since it was still invite-only/in beta of sorts, and even back then I made a board called "Children, Someday." I'd pin to that board from time to time, just like my other boards, so I don't think anyone thought anything of it. It was mostly toddler-and-older related, not so much baby.

Now that we're at the time of life/marriage that people are asking frequently what our plans are for starting a family, I've stopped pinning to that board almost entirely, and made a private board that I pin pregnancy and baby specific pins to.

I had a public one named "Someday in the Future" before they had private ones. Everyone close to me knows I want kids, and lots of them, but I don't want when is it happening/am I pregnant questions, so I made a private one as soon as they created that option.

I have lot of boards that have kid stuff on them: crafts, sewing, etc. But I don't have a specific board specifically for my future kids.

I have a public board titled "Number 2" and pin stuff to it every so often. Only one person has asked if I was pregnant and I just said nope, just planning for the future. I don't care if someone asks me, doesn't mean I have to give them details.

I have one called 'Future World (Baby)' and 'Future World (Mommy)' .. I'm not worried about them being public. People know we want to have children, just not when. We're pretty vague when it comes to answering questions about it.
