Hi Shamrocks!
I had my February egg retreival over the weekend (23R, 11M, 10F) so now I just wait for AF to show up so we can start prepping for our March FET. She should show up mid next week I think. I'm very anxious to get started on a transfer!
QOTD: Chocolate! I don't think I could live without it but I'm not sure how practical it would be since it may melt.

QOTD: a good book and my ipod and I would set to go!
Anyhow, I started my BCPs and will continue on them for 21 days. I have my baseline on 3/15. Woohoo!
QOTW: FOOD!!! Also sunscreen and some books to read. I'd want to bring my Kindle, but then I'd also have to bring a power supply! :-)
TTC since 08/2012
DX: DOR
Hello Shammies!! Well I am still chugging along on estrace, lining check tomorrow and hopefully they will let me start PIO on Thursday. I am getting excited, I am not sure why but I just have that gut instinct that THIS one is the ONE!
QOTD: My Dogs, the Harry Potter series (i suppose i would need a book I could read over and over), ipod, and some food, or food seeds! If I had all of that and DH I would be happy to be left there forever!!

FET #1 1/6/14 - 4BB blast - BFN
Waited a long time, tried a lot of stuff, science made me a mom.
@O2girl Right there with you, Estrace makes me feel super gross too. My dosage just got increased to 3 x per day... fun fun!
QOTD: Sunscreen is a def here too. Bare Irish skin in the sun is no joke!
It's twin girls!! Born on 11-2-14!
I would bring water and my dog!
Does that sound right to anyone? Or is he just being a cheerleader? My RE does that almost to a fault.
On my 5 day appointment they told me I will most likely be staying on max stims right through the end of stimming, they had planned on me pulling back by at least 1 vial of menopur a day starting day 5 evening. So gross, had to buy even more drugs (100% OOP for procedure & drugs). Thank god for Walgreens and their fast mailing times at no extra cost!
Thank you so much for this check in, feel so good to be able to put this in writing where people understand! My husband asked me over the weekend which ovary they were going to implant an embryo in? HUH!?!?
I have only 1 fallopian tube left, it was closed before during surgery and they reopened but they said they expected it to reclose & result in an ectopic if it did stay open & I got pregnant through it. So turns out the side of the good ovary is where I have no fallopian tube & the crappy ovary has the crappy tube. So taking that into account & the inability of my eggs to fertilized in a dish surrounded with sperm here is my glass half full moment: when I am done with all this and family complete I will never ever ever have to worry about birth control ever again & will have unprotected sex all.the.time! Take that fertiles of the world! lol (ignoring the reality that our sex life is practically not existent since dealing with all this, seeing some counseling on that in our future when everything infertility is resolved!)
QOTF: chocolate, cause once you have chocolate what else do you truly need??? ;-)
PS if anyone could tell me how to put in paragrahps that would be appreciated. Also how to stop the link in my siggy being a link rather than a picture. (edit, have learned about paragraphs! wohoo! still no joy on the siggy though :-( )
PPS, sorry for the essay!!!!
Today is day 4 of stims! My estrogen rose to ~330 (they said that is good). They decreased my Gonal F dosage to 150 and I'm adding in menopur (hate that stuff), only 75 units. Keeping steady with 10 units of lupron. What is weird is that they don't have me scheduled for an U/S until Friday (day 8 of stims). This is IVF#2 for me with a different clinic and I would think that they would want to see what is going on inside. It is important for me #1 not to overstim and #2 to get a fresh transfer due to lining issues (can't seem to build it up for FET's) and my doctor knows this.
QOTD: Definitely my dog, a few good books, swimsuit and some fruity drinks
Good luck to all the Shamrocks getting ready to cycle and who are stimming right now
. It's almost our month!!
**Sig warning***

**PAIF/anyone welcomed to comment!! Thank you.
I have my ovulation check on Weds, and will start lupron and estrace at that point. Like PP's, I am not a fan of estrace, lol. I wish I could take it orally- I wonder why some RE's order it taken orally and some order it take vaginally.
QOTW- If it were a situation where I didn't anticipate rescue for a while, I would take my survival kit: a machete, a small multi-tool, a LifeStraw, a metal folding cup, a magnesium flint striker, a butane lighter, cotton balls, vaseline, paracord, 2 large black garbage bags, a solar blanket, protein bars, a flashlight and a compass. I've thought about a zompocalypse more that I'm willing to admit, and definitely have a space in the basement dedicated to bug out bags and other survival gear!

Had my baseline eval this morning and it went okay. I still have a cyst on my left ovary but the Dr. isn't worried (I posted a whole thread about it so I won't go into it here, but I am definitely anxious about it and if anyone has any words of insight I'd appreciate it!).
Good news was that my hormone levels all came back fine and in line so based on that we are good to move forward with stimming starting on Thu. I'll be doing 300iui gonal F in the morning and another 150 gonal F + 150 menopur in the evenings. My first monitoring after that will be Sunday.
Good luck all! Rooting for all of you!!

QOTD- I'd like to say I'd take something practical like survival supplies, but I'd most likely take a hammock, stack of books and my iPod & solar charger! If DH was there with me anyway, he's always been more practical than me, and he'll have the rest taken care of!

All Welcome!
Hey fellow shamrocks!
I started my new job yesterday so didn't get a chance to log on. My baseline/Lupron eval appointment is tomorrow and it seems like as long as I get an early monitoring appointment I should be able to get into work on time, which would be ideal. As we get closer, I plan to put in leave slips for the ER and the ET for days three and five and cancel whichever I don't need and use vague "minor medical procedure." My meds are scheduled to be delivered to my parents' house, today, so my Dad can sign for them and I should start the Lupron on Friday. Woohoo! Can't wait to start injecting myself again- NOT!
@neeseeandben I'm sorry you are going through that! I hope it turns out okay and you don't have to cancel.
QOTD: I'd want sunscreen, alcohol, and my favorite books!
