@mel689 I lived in Bg until I was 21. The Army sent me to Texas, and now it's sending us to Fairbanks. The coldest of cold, I know, haha. Seward is southern ak, right?

@sjb2419 I live about 25 minutes North of BG.

And yeah, Seward is southern. My uncle lived in Fairbanks. Alaska is seriously so beautiful though, I really want to plan a trip with DH and the kids when they're older. I still have family there.

Currently living in Oregon, but moving this summer - not sure where yet. I was born in Texas, grew up in Tennessee, went to college in Florida plus five more years, and then lived in New Zealand for a bit before coming here.

Oh wow, what a small world. Yeah, I've heard nothing but good things about Alaska. It looks beautiful from the pictures I've seen. I'm pretty excited!

I've lived mainly northeast and down south. Born in Boston, moved to NJ, Tennessee, Georgia, NC, and have finally put down roots in Maine. I don't see us moving anytime soon since family is so close, but you never know.
