Enjoying the balmy 50 degree weather by going to the Philly Zoo tomorrow. It not the weekend but I am really looking forward to Ladies night out at the Melting pot this comming Thursday.
A trip to Wegmans- had to cut all milk and soy from my diet, so now I need to overhaul my fridge. Dh wants to go watch the SU vs Duke basketball game tomorrow night at a friends, and we are headed to my in laws for dinner Sunday. And I need to buy another nursing tank. Tonight I'm just having water, tomorrow during the game, I think I'll have a corona! (Been craving one since I put lime juice in my white chili today!).
We are headed to Canada tomorrow for some dog training and to meet up with some friends who came over from Australia. It will be DD's first trip of many out of the country!
Birthday lunch for our niece on Sunday. She's so excited to get to meet Elliott finally! It's so cute.
We have to buy a battery for my car tomorrow. And go to the bank.
I'm getting crazy and having a diet coke! I have a red wine blend that a coworker gave me for Christmas. I can't bring myself to open it for some reason
About to pour a glass of wine. Can't decide between Malbec or Sauvignon blanc. Wish I could have both...
No plans yet for the weekend. Perhaps DH and I could get it on after 10 months!
Yummy, both sound great I would pour a Sauvignon. No beverage for me tonight, yeah lame. I have such a headache and hitting the sack early tonight. This weekend DH and I are just chillin. My ILs were up visiting last weekend and my parents are coming up next weekend. Have a good weekend everyone Edit- always freakin hit post without finishing
No big plans over here. DH is going to an auto show for work tomorrow so he will be gone all day. We may go out with my mom for a bit. I have tons of housework and school work I can do also. And I'm hoping to get in a nap or two!
Drinking my favorite beer, Sunset Wheat, while my husband sets up the Mamaroo he just went and bought. Plans for this weekend consist of tackling a mound of laundry and dishes, and going to our neighbors tomorrow night for drinks. They have a 6 month old, so it's nice to hang out with them.
@peanutmuse Get out of my head, woman. I was literally coming to post this exact thing.
I'm a little tipsy. I'm on glass number 2 of pinot grigio and watching Downton. I'm sure I'll be asleep by 10. #loser
:::insert "did you fall asleep or did you pass out?" quote here:::
Tomorrow I have a hot date with DH... headed to our favorite restaurant in the entire world. Eeekkk. Sunday we're just hanging out and having a lazy day. I'm excited.
We're going to a friends bday party tomorrow. It's an old high sho friend of DH. We have a blast with them. Unfortunately I will only be making an appearance but DH is going to stay later and get a cab especially because one of his friends who lives in Chicago will be there. Tonight I really wanted a glass of wine but am already super sleepy and it's bath night. We'll see how quickly I can get LO down and maybe I'll reconsider it.
Tomorrow, I have to take DD to the lab to get the VA state newborn panel screening AGAIN because some jackass at the hospital lost hers (along with about 15 other babies' panels). Awesome.
(I love Jimmy Fallon. I have the weirdest crush on him.)

Leftover pink champagne from Valentine's Day. Currently watching Renovation Realities in HGTV. No idea about the weekend - we need to take Abel's 1 month pictures and finish our taxes. I'd like to take the boys on some kind of adventure, but I'm sure DH will overrule...
Tomorrow is SO's first day off in two weeks so we are gonna have a garage sale in the morning, then cruise around the island in the afternoon to spend some quality time as a new family. At night, I plan on watching a romantic movie with my SILs while SO watches DD. I hope every goes according to plan.
Play date for DD in the morning, shopping for new Vera Bradley after that because I got a customer appreciation 20% off coupon for our store, then packing for my trip to Florida on Tuesday. Sunday is a pancake breakfast fundraiser (attending, not working), and hanging with the family.
@brideandbreve -- I also have a weird crush on Jimmy Fallon. He's not what I would consider traditionally good looking, but he's so funny and talented. Yeah, my kind of guy.
@sugarland726
Love love Vera Bradley. Have u seen the baby girl clothes they have, soooo darn adorable!!!
@chicki1012, I have seen their baby line. So cute! I have the pacifier pod and bottle holder. I am just thankful they didn't have a baby line when DD was an infant and I had a son this time around! I am loving the Canterberry Magenta pattern! What's your favorite of the new ones?
Going to the farmers market in the morning tomorrow. May take Em to a Mardi Gras parade tomorrow night or Sunday.
Drinking Leinenkugel's sunset wheat right now.
I can only find this in the fall around here usually! Mental note for the next grocery trip...
I had a glass of Riesling with Mexican takeout. It was great! Watching The Americans with DH. He said I could go to guest room tonight for some sleep. We'll see.
@sugarland726 Yeah I think I would go broke if I had a girl, love Vera's baby clothes. I love most of the colors but yeah magenta color is growing on me too. I love the stretch headbands they have, super cute!!
No real plans. We're watching Gold Rush and then Bering Sea Gold tonight.
Will probably continue cleaning, organizing, and purging some stuff this weekend and I have homework to do since I've done nothing all week. So much easier when DH is home to do my school work.
As for drink, just water. Realized the other day that other than some champagne on New Year's I haven't had any alcohols once L was born. Thinking that will change this weekend.
Our big plans include using our new stroller tomorrow and going for a walk downtown to get some coffee together at a shop we like. Thaaaats about it so far. With the way this night is shaping up, probably napping, also.
We're not doing anything this weekend. Poor B has a terribly upset tummy.
H's grandparents gave him a dab of ice cream and man does that give a baby an upset stomach. (I already yelled and made H go lecture them about it).
Whoa. Anyone who gave any type of food item to my baby would immediately have solo visiting rights revoked. I am not even allowing my MIL to be alone with him because of comments she has made about giving him formula. The effect that it has on the baby is irrelevant -- people should not be making decisions like that for other people's children, period.
How on earth were they even in a position to give him ice cream? Were they eating it while holding him?
This should probably be a FFFC but now that I on leave, I actually prefer weekdays to weekends. I love the quiet when DH is at work and the boys are at school. I get the house to myself and can do/watch what I want. I love my boys but they are soooooo loud and my 3 yo is so challenging. As for the weekend, we have a birthday party on Sunday and then we'll need to find other things to entertain the kids. The weather is supposed to be great, so maybe a trip to the Philly zoo is in order.
Oh and I'm not sure about drinking and if it agrees with DD. the two nights I've had a beer this week have led to lots of gas and DD spitting up all over me. I'm not sure they are related, but I hope not! Mama needs a cocktail!
I'm spending some time at the gym finally then spending time with my SIL and FIL. A typical weekend for me. But I'll be having wine (FIL is into winery's lately!)
I'm currently tiptoeing around the kitchen making baked donuts. I didn't have to get up with Jude past 2am, and he and DH are sleeping so cutely on the couch right now; I'd say that calls for donuts. I'll AW both for a second.
Right now it's just coffee (though I don't want to grind anything right now, so I'm having leftover iced), but my drink of choice this week has been a hot toddy. It looks like it's going to be so nice out here today, I'm already picturing afternoon beers on the patio. We have Anchor Bock in the fridge, and I have one final Dogfishhead Punkin that I've been saving since October.
No big plans. In-laws will visit this afternoon, and I'm hoping to find time to do day 3 of the couch to 5k program I started this week. Tomorrow we play in our volleyball league, and I'd like to have some people over afterwards.
Jimmy Fallon is THE best. I already miss hearing "HOT CROWD!" from Late Night but I'm so happy for him and The Tonight Show!
I'm having dark beer this weekend (you know...for the baby). Also some Andre because I missed my homeboy. And I'm meeting a few girlfriends for a drink at a new place that opened a mile from my house. Tomorrow I'm taking DD up to see my parents & brother (half hour away) and also let my weird, creepy, drives me absolutely batty hoarder aunt meet her. UGH. Pray for me.
And is it wrong to stop at the beer store on the way up with a baby? I WILL NEED WINE TO GET THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.
Re: It's the freakin' weekend
And tonight I'm drinking Prosecco. Cheers!

No alcohol in the house, so I'm finishing off my Chick-Fil-A lemonade from dinner. May pick up a bottle of moscato tomorrow while I'm out.

Found it at world market!

PS I went for the Malbec.

I'm drinking iced coffee to hopefully help with the headaches.
