BM Storage Question

I have 4oz of BM that I had in the fridge, took it out to room temperature for three hours then put it back in the fridge. I pumped it last Saturday, the 15th. Is it safe to use? I'm leaning towards no but am hoping I'm wrong

I'd prob say no if it has already been out at room temp now. I think 7-8 days is the max on refrigerated BM.

I have always read that breast milk is only for sure good in the fridge for 5 days even without being taken out and put back in. I wouldn't use it any more if it were me. I don't think it being cold then warm then cold would be good for it.
