Just curious to know how long other C-Section mommas had to wait before exercising again. I had a few complications with mine and have just recently been able to start back up with a trainer. My babe is 15 weeks.

I returned to ballet the day after my 6 week follow up. I took it slow and it was probably another 4 weeks until I stopped feeling it and was really back to my normal pace.
I had a relatively easy recovery from my CS. I was doing easy walks and hikes at two weeks. My dr cleared me to exercise at six weeks and I started w very light bike rides (road bike) and running then. Above all, be honest w yourself and quit when you feel tired/stressed. Happy Training!
I got back into it about 8 weeks after. I had walked with the stroller around the neighborhood and once back in the gym I took it slow- bike and elliptical then worked my way up to running, sprints, and lifting.
