FFFC - SO version

I liked SSS's idea to do this!
So does your SO have a confession that he will allow you to share on his behalf?  The more flame worthy the better!!

I will report back as soon as H texts me his.

His text after that one hurt my feelings. He said, "If I wanted to participate in things your friends do, they'd be my friends too, but they aren't..for a reason." What a fucking asshat.
Someone needs a bag of snickers
He needs a dick punch and I need antidepressants. My feelings are seriously hurt.

Hugs to you. I will beat him down for you!! The bastard.
Eta: seriously though, are you getting some meds? Depression can go downhill so quickly

I just texted H to ask and he said, "I'm pooping."

My DH would respond the same way!! Haha
  • While I'm waiting for H to text back ill share one from the other night..

He asked me where a certain pair of his underwear was and I said something along the lines of "I don't know, it's not my job to keep track of them!" And he laughed and walked away, then when he walked back into the room he was laughing even harder and confessed that he really wanted to say "well you're a CUNT!" (From the scene in Bridesmaids) I thought it was hilarious and so did he apparently.

  • One more! DH & I had been dating just a few months when we took a trip to the grocery store for Redbox movies & dinner ingredients. We were driving home (5-7 minutes away), when he pulled over, said "sorry, I have to poop right now," and went in some bushes on the side of the road. I laughed & awkwardly played on my phone until he got back in the car.

Must add: he has diverticulitis & other stomach/intestinal issues that caused this event. And it hasn't happened again since then.

Similar situation, DH and I had been dating for like 2 months and we were getting ready to watch a movie in his dorm room and he ripped ass so loud it could have been heard down the hall. He then turns around and says "I feel really comfortable around you so I am not holding in farts any more." I am not a very modest person in that regard so I was already laughing after he farted and asked him if he needed to change his pants.
  • I will just confess for my H. He watches Fox news :( has a pair of favorite underwear that the ass is almost ripped out of because they are so old, likes watching lifetime movies with me.

  • My SO loves chick flicks, it is the running joke in our house that I "wear the pants" because I hate them and prefer movies where things explode. Occasionally I will take pity on the poor guy and watch a movie with him.

  • @superspecialsnowflake I have a Piggly Wiggly shirt that I wear all the time. I got it on a trip!

OMG something almost exactly like this happened one time a long time ago before DH and I got married. If DH ever laughs at me for doing something stupid I bring it up. I have never told anyone else about it though!
  • Apparently he went to the grocery store with the girls. Two older DDs in the double stroller and one in the Ergo. For about the millionth time some stupid BEC at the stor said "oh a day out with daddy, you've got your hands full!" He said he rolled his eyes and hurumfed her off. SAHD are a real thing lady, apparently it's a checker he sees at least twice a week, for the last yr.

  • DF is giggling and asking me if this is seriously what we do on here. I told him "um yeah you only wish you were this cool!" But his confessions are
    1)he loves The Notebook
2)he hands the baby over everytime he thinks K is pooping and runs to do something else to avoid changing diapers...
  • DH likes likes to watch Teen Mom2 with me. I'm not to watch ahead so that we can watch it together.

ETA: I'm not even a huge fan of it.

Mine too! He used to make so much fun of me and now I can't watch it unless he's there. He is so into it and gets so mad at the people on it. Lately it's Kailynn he keeps lecturing her and he hates Janelle. I have to keep telling him to chill out.

We were at the country club golfing with all of DH's family and DH ran to the bushes and pooped. He's never lived it down with any of us. He had no excuse except he had drank alot of beer.
  • My DH would never play this game but I know one - he comes home form work and almost immediately takes LO. Fine by me but he does it so he can nap on the couch with her napping on him. He knows if he was just napping to nap, I'd probably be nagging him to do something but he keeps the baby occupied and she'll nap for a couple hours on him. (And he doesn't do nights with LO since I nurse and bedshare - so he probably doesn't need a nap but oh, well, nap away!) :)

My SO needs to take a lesson from yours. Mine just comes home and naps and deals with me nagging.
  • My SO likes the Twilight movies.
He insisted a year ago that we had to buy all the movies. I hate them but liked the books. He also likes how to loose a guy in ten days and several other "Girl movies"
  • DH says his confession is that he came home and without eating lunch, ate 2 of my lactation cookies. Lame confession if you ask me.

JENILYNN85 your husband has good taste. They are both beautiful people IMO ;)
Rachylamb123 your husband is not the only husband that likes the Teen Mom shows.
  • DF's would be him and his buddies have a cd they listen to when out driving around hunting.. With Miley cyrus(old stuff) Carly Rae heparin, Abril Laverne and the like.

So, my DH's FFFC also involves how much he likes pooping (::eyeroll::), so I'll share a different one on his behalf.

We have a grocer in our area called "Piggly Wiggly" that has a mascot that looks like Porky Pig.  DH refuses to shop there because he is creeped out by the mascot.
We have those too. They actually usually have a good meat selection.

    So sadly ironic.

    DH's own when asked:

He buys things at Walmart and Best Buy to try out/play with fully intending on returning within the 30 day return window. I'm speaking of electronic type items.

It's probably his confession because he knows I don't approve, lol.

    My confession on his behalf:

He totally loves watching The Bachelor. He gets just as into it as I do... Picking favorites, etc. I think he likes the girl drama (won't watch Bachelorette.)

I totally approve of this confession.

I made him take me to the first movie. He liked it so much, he turned around and read all 4 books. This from a man who doesn't read books.

  • I'll confess for SO... He has two pair of "man capris" and he thinks he looks amazing in them. I think he's cute, but he gets the side eye from most people.

Also I catch him talking, dancing, flexing, flapping his stuff, etc in front of the mirror all the time. He's super vain and not afraid to admit it.

Did you have to cut out his face?

It's just the way I took the picture that day. I was focusing on the pants and didn't realize I cut his face out.

I hope "flapping his stuff" is him doing the peniscopter in the mirror or the like. DF does it all the time and is also incredibly vein and has no problem telling people he's gods gift to women.
  • Let's see the face!!!
Here ya go ladies,.. This was last summer
You guys are too cute! He's a hottie, wear those man capri's!!

Yessss I've been waiting for this confession for years!!! When I was moving into DH's house (we were only dating then) I found a copy of my beat friends wedding AND runaway bride. He told me they were a roommate's who had moved out. He just told me they are his. And he loves them. Julia Roberts movies make him happy. I just cried I was laughing so hard Eta: he had one more. His celeb crush is snooki?! Ew?!
    Divorce him.

I'm seriously hung up on that right now. We just are dinner and the whole time I was just saying WHY?! Like seriously, why?! How did you marry me if that's your celebrity crush? Wtf?
  • I'll do one on his behalf since he won't play along. My husband wears flip flops and slippers in public year round. He's The Dude with and MD.

  • DH seemed interested in this thread but didn't share anything other than saying now that he is a dad he's doing lots of things he never thought he would do. I'm guessing like making up silly songs and such.
I'll share that he loves Justin Timberlake's music and while I was nursing LO last night he was watching Beyonce videos. Hmmm I can't think of anything juicy really. I guess we're both pretty tame.
  • 1. My H wears socks with sandals. Ewww...
    2. He refuses to poop at work and will wait until he gets home and destroys our downstairs bathroom everyday after work.
    3. He hasn't cried since he was a little boy. We have been together for 7 years and I have never even seen him tear up.

    @mommyellensue
Mines can't stand Kailynn and can't wait to see what happens next with Janelle. He said she's like a train wreck, you just can't look away. And her new BF must be the dumbest man on earth to want to procreate with her. LOL!
Janelle's new boyfriend gives me the creeps. I couldn't stop laughing when he told her she is a good Mom. Chelsea and Kailynn are my least favorite. I can't stand Chelsea's voice!

It's awful. We have a discussion every spring about how this is unacceptable. H normally takes such pride in his appearance. He irons his shirt and pants every morning. I even bought him an iron for Valentines Day. I don't understand it at all.

  • 1. My DH is a germaphob to the point that if we have to stay somewhere he feels the need to Clorox the bathroom before anyone can use it. Eg. on the night of our wedding we stayed in a honymoon sweet he need to Clorox the giant jet tub before we could go in it. I put my foot down last year- we went to Jamaica and he tried to pack Clorox and Lysol. I was afraid they would check our suit classes and think we were packing a liquid bomb.

    2. He is 32 years old and still watches Monday night raw. The only good thing is I know what the little kiddies at work are taking about come Tuesday morning.
  • I don't really have one and know he wouldn't participate. Only thing I can think of is he will cry if the word dentist is even spoken. He is terrified beyond terrified. It's sad.

Also have to just say this was such a good idea. I've has the worst day and this seriously cheered me up and made me smile. Thanks ladies!

Ugh, my H hasn't been to the dentist since his mom was no longer able to physically put him in the car and take him there. One time he locked himself in the car as soon as she got out, and every time she would unlock it from the outside he would lock it again before she could open the door. Lol
