It's 40 cents here for reduced lunch. Reduced breakfast is 30 cents.

There are a few districts in my area that have free meals for all students regardless of income. If 40% of the district population qualifies for reduced lunch, then they get a grant for free meals for all students.
The district I work in is .25 for elementary lunch. Regular lunch is $1.75. I have no idea what middle or high school charges. There is no breakfast program in our district. It requires 80% parent interest to qualify for it. Every year we send out the forms about it but parents don't want a breakfast program. When I was a kid regular lunch was .75 (1980s). I never bought in junior high or HS so I have no idea.
I'm not sure what our reduced lunch price is, but wow $1.75 is a great price! Our regular lunches are like $4.25 where I teach. We are a title 1 school though, so 90% of our students are on free or reduced lunch.
