I'll be 17 weeks tomorrow, but I'm not feeling anything that I can tell for sure is the baby kicking. Is anyone feeling the baby yet? When did you start noticing?
I think i read on TB an article that said if your heart starts beating really fast, the baby might be moving, you just might not be able to feel it. That has been happening a lot lately to me.
I've been feeling movement. I feel the popcorn flutters, and occasional just like one little pop that could be a kick, I guess. I think I was around this time (16ish weeks) when I felt DS kick the first time.

I've been feeling a few flutters for the past week, but I'm not sure if it's actually baby or I'm just more in tune with what's going on down there now.
I'm 17 weeks and have been feeling "movement" but not kicks. It mostly feels similar to going over a large dip in the road or bubbles popping. I notice it the most after I have chocolate milk or a lot of sugar. I think it's still too small to feel kicks, though.
I am so glad you described it this way. I have felt that a few times, and I was wondering if it could be the baby. Last time around I didn't notice any of the "flutters" people talked about, just went straight to feeling real pokes and jabs around 18 weeks. This time I am too impatient and I want to feel it now!

That is so funny that you mentioned that becuase I've noticed sometimes my heart pounding, but had no idea what it was.
I'm not sure I'm feeling flutters or anything. I'm just really eager to experience it. I have no idea where my placenta is located. I never thought to ask and no one has told me. But I love all the descriptions. Maybe this will help me pin point it when I do!
No kicks yet. Not even the popcorn popping sensation either. Just slow rolling in my lower stomach ... and different times where I get adrenaline rushes. Usually happens when I'm sitting on the couch in the late afternoon ... or when lie down for bed.
16 weeks, I've noticed a few of those "bubbles" but since I'm a FTM, I'm not sure which ones are real and which ones are my imagination. Waiting for the first real kick eagerly!

This has been happening to me a lot- especially right before bed! It feels like I feel my heart pumping out of my chest lol! Cool!

It's so weird. I'll be sitting on the couch doing nothing, and then my heart just starts racing.
Everything people are saying is happening to me too! I started randomly (like 1-2x) felt something at 13 weeks and thought no way, but it kept happening and now at 15weeks I'm convinced it's the baby. I have felt my heart racing randomly and was going to even ask my MW about it at my next appointment. It's such a surreal and amazig feeling.
I am 15 weeks today and have felt a few flutters. With my first I didn't feel anything until after 20 weeks and then, wow, he was surfing! I think it's easier for me to recognize now in m third pregnancy because I am not mistaking them for gas or tummy rumbles, hahah
In thinking I have an anterior placenta this time. Even dh was feeling kicks by this point last time, and while I've felt an occasional roll or flutter, this time I've got pretty much nothing. . Just biding my time until we can feel baby! I can't wait to see the look on DS face when he first feels the baby kick him.
I sneezed and felt my LO move. It was more like being startled and a tightening feeling. I've felt other movement too. It was confirmed when I was getting an ultrasound. When LO would move on the monitor I could feel it. I'm 15 weeks.
I had the popcorn popping feeling the other night right after making some very spicy burritos for dinner. I'm going to have to make Mexican again soon to see if it was a fluke or the baby just really likes it!
I had Mexican tonight and laying on the couch I felt a "popcorn" feeling. I have a feeling it was just gas though. I am a FTM so I'm kind of lost on what to expect when it comes movement and when. I still feel like it's probably way too early.
I wish I could feel baby! I'm 13 weeks 4 days. I'm not going to lie at this point I'm almost creeped out that baby is moving in there and I can't feel it. A very surreal eery feeling. I'll be so excited to feel baby and know it's baby!
I keep thinking maybe I felt something. Then I keep telling myself it was probably just gas. I haven't had anything yet that I can be certain was baby.
There's a good chance I'm just calling this kid gas though.
We are 14 weeks kiddo is attached at the top of the uterus and likes to hang out near the right side. This morning I felt a popcorn popping feeling in that area right after stretching while laying down. It was definitely a different feeling than anything I've felt before but maybe, maybe not.
Definitely feeling flutters! I especially feel it when I'm hungry and late at night. Gotta tell you, as it being my first time, I'm still adjusting to feeling the little one dance! But I love it every time.
Haven't felt any kicks yet. 17 weeks today so I am trying not to worry about it, over analyze like I am really good at. However, and this might be a little TMI (sorry) when I have an orgasm, I can feel the top of my belly almost....shift? I am not sure how to explain it..but everything tightens and the baby will move from my right side to the left. In the morning the baby is ALWAYS back on the right!
I'm 13 weeks 4 days and felt something weird last night. I was sitting up in bed drinking a cold glass of milk and suddenly felt some flutters that were distinctly different from the gas pains I usually experience. Who knows if it was actually the baby or not, but it was a cool moment nonetheless.
I'm being featured in a new pregnancy/motherhood blog during the month of October, so if you ever wanted to know more about my pregnancy, birth, and motherhood experiences than anyone ever should, check out my posts in the link below!
FTM here so I don't exactly know what to look for so I have a question for 2+M's that might recognize it...
I'm feeling random little like "pinching" sensations. I wouldn't call it a "rolling," "flutter" or a "bubble popping" feeling. It just feels like someone pinched me softly from the inside. I feel it for just a second on one part of my ab and then a few hours or maybe a day later, same feeling but somewhere else.
Would you recognize this as feeling baby?

I'm 15 weeks and felt something for the first time last night. Definitely didn't feel like gas and not flutters either. I can't really describe it well, but felt something from the inside out! During our NT ultrasound a few weeks ago, the nurse pushed down on my stomach to try to get the baby to turn over and every time she pushed down he kicked, feisty little guy (or girl). Looking forward to feeling more movement in the next few weeks.
I'm really hesitant to say I feel movement this early, but I've definitely had several moments where I thought it had to be the baby. I started feeling movement last time around 16 weeks, I think, so it's not entirely implausible that I would feel it earlier this time. But I'm not telling everyone around me that "the baby's kicking" or anything like that, because it's so light that I'm just not 100% sure.
You all have made me so jealous. I want to feel something so bad! I'll be 18 weeks on Friday with twins (my first) and I haven't felt anything. I have another ultrasound tomorrow so that will be fun (and reassuring) to see them moving in there even if I can't feel anything yet. Hopefully soon!
