We haven't purchased anything and won't until we find out what the sex is. If it's a girl, we're pretty much set because I have all of DD2's clothes so I'll need clothes if it's a boy. But most of our big items I bought in neutral colors so we should be set!
I bought a crib bedding set (Carter's Forest Friends) with some matching nursery decor items. We decided on a forest theme before finding out the sex. Now that we found out he's a boy, DH wants to throw in some tigers. He has since bought 3 stuffed tigers (a daddy, mama, and baby tiger) *eye roll* Whatever makes him happy!
18 weeks and we already have everything either set up in the room or waiting to be delivered. Once we know the gender we will get clothes & order cloth diapers.
We haven't bought anything yet. My interest boards are filling up quickly though. Going on a shopping trip with SIL and 5 month old niece to try things out. Family tradition is not to buy much until the baby is born. Superstition at its best!
We bought our pack and play, crib, hamper for the room and then three outfits - a Christmas outfit on sale in roughly the size LO will be then if not - only 4 bucks.. A clearance set of pants, onesies, jacket, and a fuzzy outfit that has a hood and looks like a teddy bear also on sale so I couldn't say no!
I bought 3 gender neutral outfits on clearance at Target after Christmas & MIL just ordered our crib yesterday (thank you Kohls coupons!). We haven't finished cleaning out the nursery yet so that's all we have. I am going to a cloth diaper warehouse sale on Saturday & a consignment sale on the 1st & I hope to pick up some stuff then.
