  I use ice packs it kinda helps.

  Ice packs, drink lots of water, and rest. I've been getting 2-3 headaches a week. Tylenol dulls the pain, but doesn't get rid of it completely. I find downing a lot of water and taking a nap to be really helpful.

  Yes. I've been waking up with headaches about 2-3 times a week. Tylenol and caffeine help relieve some of the pain.

  I've had migraines the last week. It doesn't help that DD has decided that getting up 3-4 times a night is her new thing. Caffeine takes the edge off better than Tylenol.

  peppermint oil has helped me more so than Tylenol. I put a drop on the back of my neck and temples

  Yes! I'm right there with you, however, Tylenol has helped me so far
  
  Try staying super hydrated and making sure you are getting all your nutrients. Otherwise, it's probably just the hormones creating the headaches. It'll get better!

  I've had two so far 2nd Tri, and they're terrible. I can't complain too much though, because I literally had one every day for all of 1st Tri when I was pregnant with my son. This is better... but still sucks.
  
  Anyway, what works for me is taking Tylenol the second I realize I'm getting a headache, caffeine, drinking lots of water, taking naps, and a cool cloth on my forehead.

  I have had 2 bad headaches this weekend.. currently resting at home. I usually do yoga on Sunday nights but I don't feel too great right now.

  I had them all during the second tri with DD and have them again. Where is the pain? If it's in the front of your head, they are sinus headaches. My dr told me to take Claritin with the Tylenol and it is night and day difference.

  Great tips.  Thanks, everyone!  These headaches are definitely at the front of my head, so I was thinking that they might be sinus related (I have had issues in the past).  This current one has been lasting all day, so I just sent my husband out to pick up some Dr. Pepper so that I can get a little caffeine kick.  I tried the cold compress and Tylenol, but no relief yet.  I had such big plans to get this house in some sort of order today too… this sucks!  I'll definitely have to talk to my OB if this keeps up and maybe pick up some Claritin.

  I have terrible migraines. Tylenol, hydration, and caffeine weren't helping, so I told my ob. She prescribed me a miracle drug that has made it possible for me to function like a normal person. I don't take it everyday, just when I feel like death. If they're really awful and nothing else helps, talk to your Dr.

  Yup I've been experiencing them too. Last week I had a constant low-level headache for about 4 days. Definitely doesn't help that they're doing massive construction next door to the office and I share a wall with them where my office is. Jackhammers, drills, regular hammers and saws ALL. DAY. LONG. I haven't taken anything for them so far except drinking some decaf or green tea, but the peppermint oil suggestion sounds good to me!

  The cedar has been really bad this year because of our yo-yo weather. It was 30 last Monday. Today is 75. So I hear ya on the whole massive headache thing.
