So this all started about a two months ago when DH's wedding ring went missing. He keeps it in my jewelry box when at work and only takes it off at home to do dishes or shower. We have a little holder at each place to put our rings when doing those things. We searched and cannot find it.
Then for weeks I kept telling him that things weren't where they were supposed to be. It seemed like little things just were moved around, but I chalked it up to being exhausted and not remember moving them.
Then crazier stuff starts happening. We lost a bottle and looked all over our room and it wasn't there. Two days later I dropped something and the bottle was right under the bed when I specifically checked there earlier. I had a candy bar on the cabinet and it went missing. DH and DS both swore they didn't eat it. I know I didn't. Then, DS had snack packs for school. There were 5 of them. He had one for a snack and the next morning there were only 3 left. He swore he didn't eat another. I was so annoyed I searched all of the rooms and trash cans for evidence that the ate it. Nothing. I told DH I swear someone comes in our house and moves shit around to annoy me. Like those weird posts about people breaking in and putting the water on. He thinks I"m silly.
Then yesterday I came home from picking up DS1 from school and he goes to use the bathroom and the door is shut and locked! WTF? I sure didn't lock the door nor do I recall even shutting it before I left to get him.
I'm starting to think I'm losing my damn mind!

***All AL'ers Welcome***
DS1 is 11 and will usually tell me if he takes something to eat but swears he didn't. I thought about the sleep walking with him because I had an incident when he was a toddler sleepwalking but haven't had one since. I will have to watch closely. Hell maybe it is me! lol When DS1 was 3 I woke up to hear him screaming and realized he was outside on the front porch in the dark at 3 a.m. He had unlocked the door, went outside, and couldn't get the door back open. When he woke up he was alone in the dark and started screaming. It was terrifying. We put a chain lock on the door the next morning.
I hate creepy but am so fascinated!
I would set up a camera of some type to check it out.

K, now I'm not sleeping again. Rats living with me are the stuff my nightmares are made of. Bring on the ghosties!
