Gas drops

How often are you giving gas drops to LO? It says to give as needed, but not to exceed 12 dosages. I was just curious if you ladies were giving at every feeding, or only a couple times a day?

    I haven't given them to Emerson yet, but with my other kids I only gave them to them when they showed signs of being uncomfortable. So maybe 2-3x per day on average?

    My Los name is Emerson too :) girl or boy? Mine is a girl.

    I have been giving them at every feeding the past 24 hours just because that was what the pedi rec we do for a day or two to see how they help. And they have a ton!

    I sometimes mix the drops in with the bottle if DD is having a rough day, because when she gets upset, she really dislikes taking gas drops. Even if I put the way in the corner of her mouth, she still manages to spit it out and scream. 

    I honestly don't really notice a difference with the gas drops, but hey, I guess it can't hurt.

    How old is you LO RD has insane gas and she's very fussy because of it. When I mentioned it at her 2 week appt Tuesday he didn't seem to concerned. I hate seeing her so miserable.

    You guys can also try sticking a qtip with Vaseline up the rectum to see if that helps the gas to pass. I've found this more helpful than drops!

    @momto1goofall We started gas drops with Jude this week. He's 4 weeks.
