I'm 16 weeks and still feel kind of low on energy... I'm better compared to my first tri but still am not where I'd like to be. I know this was mentioned before, and someone suggested taking extra vitamins along with their prenatals. For some reason I was thinking it was you
@Sisimama10?? I feel bad because I've been wanting to start walking, and I know if I don't start now, I probably will have 0 motivation when the third tri rolls around. I know "they" say if you work out, you sleep better and feel more energetic. I don't know if this is true during pregnancy if your body isn't already used to the exercise.
Anyway, if anyone has any advice on what's worked for you, I would really appreciate it if you'd share!
