I looked and the put the house back on the market 3 days ago. For 15k more than asking last time. They said that it appraises at $265k needing a new septic. Bullshit. It appraised at $265k BEFORE the septic report was submitted. AND they were still negotiating with us last night. AND they kept claiming to have back up buyers.

They offered us a deal, 10k cash as closing plus seller assist to wrap closing into mortgage. We said ok. Next day they took that back and said we pay half of septic and seller assist. We were pissed but said ok up to $6250 (estimate was $12,500) under the condition the septic be replaced before closing. They said ok. Then they said no, septic gets replaced after closing and we have to find a new lender. We said absolutely not because they're sneaky and if they don't pay their half when the septic bill comes we'll be chasing them for money. Plus I refuse to switch lenders. Ours have been so helpful. So then we got the official declination letter from the lender. Then they called last night and said they'd replace before closing. And we'd have to get a new lender now since mortgage was denied. And we were pretty much like "go fuck yourselves"

My sister and BIL sent out a text at Christmas time to my husband, my two brothers and I, saying that we should all get my parents a new GPS for christmas and everyone would chip in $20. Meaning my husband and I would have to put in $40. I didn't want to do this because our budget is tight and I really wanted to give my parents a photo book, an 8x10 of Elijah and a family portrait. Of course if I say no then they have to split it between the three of them, which they would argue they can't afford. So, I get guilted into saying yes. Sister and BIL buy it.

January 5th we give BIL a check for our share. January 28th we close that bank account because the bank is half an hour away and neither of us ever go in that direction. Today BIL sends my husband a picture of the bounce notice he got from his bank after depositing the check on February 7th.

I sighed and said send them a check another check and add on the fee. BIL then texts that he would like cash at my father's birthday party next weekend. I think this is horribly demanding and he has handled the whole situation like an ass.

If this happened to me I would call the person and be like hey I didn't get to deposit that check before you closed your account. And then give them the chance to volunteer to fix it before getting all demanding or sending a picture of a bounce notice.

@stephcarter I don't know what she says about it. I was going to try and talk to her about it, but she didn't pick up her phone. That means one of three things A) She's busy and doesn't know whats going.

She knows exactly what's going on and is now is mad at us and refusing to answer our calls.or C) She knows what is going on and is too busy to answer her phone.

I have a coworker that takes 20-30 min bathroom breaks multiple times a day. She unabashedly takes her kindle in with her. I feel like it's announcing to the whole office you're about to drop a deuce. Plus, she only ends up working like 6 hours a day due to all the breaks. Maybe this is more of a FFFC- I know other peoples bathroom habits should not bother me. But it does. I am irrational. But, yuck.

Me and Girl get along great all morning. Then Husband comes home for lunch and she magically turns into a whiny, pinchy, screaming little shit. I know he needs to hurry and eat, but for the love of all that is holy spend 5 minutes with her so she will STOP MAKING THAT NOISE.

you must not be choosing prime items! or not switching to 2 day shipping when placing the order.

unless you're in that storm and fedex is delayed.

This only happens when things come from Phoenix. It goes by fedex however they then deliver to usps and it goes in my mailbox. Anything else is fine. I don't know what's going on, for sure a FWP so I won't lose sleep over it.

Yikes. I'm so sorry they're such assholes! I can't believe they're trying to sell it for EVEN MORE MONEY. What is that shit?!? Who is that crazy??
