Miscarriage/Pregnancy Loss

Can I please post this here?

I want so badly to post this picture on Valentines Day like we had planned. My heart is broken that I will not get to. I am going to print this picture and keep it with some of the Ultrasounds in remembrance of our 2nd angel baby. Sometimes this pain is so unbearable. I just wish I could go back in time.

  • Such a beautiful picture! I love the idea of saving those photos in memory of the baby. So sorry for your loss... :(
  • Oh my gosh! I was thinking the same thing today! I'm so sad that we had our announcements printed, and even mailed the day before we found out baby stopped growing, and I was so looking forward to posting on FB on Vday. Valentine's Day had such a different meaning to us this year as we just got married in September too. We're saving our only sonogram pic and the rest of the announcements that we hadn't passed out yet. Here's ours:

Thank you for posting this. It feels good to post these somewhere. I'm sorry that this has to be the place though.
  • Maxsmommy123112    I love your pic! so cute!
  • @sonjaleake Awww I love your pic too. And it is VERY sad that this is where we have to share those beautiful moments. Valentines day definitely is going to have a dark cloud over it this year. We are going to the park on Friday to say some prayers and release a few balloons with Valentines attached for both our babies in heaven. I think it might make me feel a little better. Hopefully you and your hubby can find a way to smile that day and remember your baby.
  • @Maxsmommy123112 thank you! That is such a sweet idea. If you haven't read the children's book "where do balloons go" you should. It's very sweet and written by Jamie Lee Curtis. I read it to my daycare kindergarteners today and loved it. For vday, we plan to eat sushi, as we haven't been able to in months. Beyond that, I'm not sure yet. Good luck, I hope you feel better after some prayers and some special messages and gifts for your babies. :)
  • So sorry for your loss. It's a beautiful picture. Facing the day I was planning to tell my parents with nothing to tell them was one of the worst parts of losing our little peanut.
